“I was honestly looking for a BHPH because my credit took too many hits recently & I felt that was my best option at getting anything. I reached out to Mr. Johnny at 12-Eleven Auto Sales & he told me to that I really should fill out an application. Late that night, as much as I had my doubts, I stepped out IN Faith. The next day, I received a msg that I was approved for a 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport. He truly went to work to get me in this vehicle. It wasn't easy but GOD ????. I cant express how grateful I am to have been led to them. I can't thank Mr. Johnny enough for all he's done. I truly felt at home during this entire process. He was honest, upfront, communicated well with me, & made this as smooth and easy as he could for me. “My mom had been looking for a vehicle. We went to several dealerships throughout the last 2 months. She knew what type car she wanted and knew exactly what she didn’t want. Saw a vehicle online, drove to the lot, decided to go in the following day to test drive it. Mr Johnny Mcloughlin(?) helped us. He listened to her, did not try to upsale or pressure her to “try something else”. He explained the warranty offered on the vehicle. Never once did he interrupt her or discourage her from her decisions. Car fax offered, printed, paperwork done. We took everything to the bank, came back to a beautiful detailed car ready to go. It was really nice having someone who listened to her, respected her, and watched out for her.

“I got a 2010 Nissan Maxima s blue from little Hawaii beside Burger King.THE CAR WAS A LEMON I PUT DOWN $2,500 LAST JUNE DIDN'T HAVE THE CAR 2 WEEKS AND IT DIED I REPLACED STARTER, RADIATOR,AND WATER PUMP CAR DIED ON EBENEZER RD.I HAD IT TOWED BACK TO THEM THEY TRIED TO PUT ME IN ANOTHER LEMON I JUST WANTED MY MONEY BACK.IM BOUT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION EITHER MY $2,500 BACK OR ITLL BE MORE FOR PAIN AND A WHOLE LOT OF SUFFERING NEVER GO HERE TO BUY A CAR.IT WAS A SHORT GUY PART OWNER/MECHANIC TRIED TO GET NASTY TALKING BOUT PUT DOWN ANOTHER $2,500 I MIGHT BE young BUT IM FAR FROM STUPID.buy the way the car has low mileage and condensation in the speed odometer it was a flood damage car from Florida”
