For the life of me I can’t understand.How my mail always end up in someone else’s mailbox. I ordered a package for daughter for her birthday 2 of the 3 packages was in mailbox. Then the other one in someone else’s mailbox now mind you all 3 packages had my name on them. I filed a claim on 2/9/2021and have yet to hear anything. Also to add more to that mess I was asked if I received my card yet and I said no. Now this so sad the card was mailed from Florence SC on 2/10/2021 to my address in which I live in Florence SC. Have yet to receive the card like always it’s in someone else’s mailbox and had the luxury of opening it. The South Florence USPS is awful. It’s a shame I now have to send my package to someone else’s house because you all continue to do the same thing over and over again.

I went during peak holiday season so it was super crowded but even with two workers behind the counter, I was able to get in and out.Now that the holidays are over and no one is mailing anything, I am able to get in and out within 5-10 minutes.Both workers are extremely courteous and helpful and make the experience and wait worth it.

This is the only post office I go to in Florence. They are busy most times but the staff gives each person their undivided attention. Pleasant staff.

If this is the office responsible for delivering my mail, then it doesn’t even deserve 1 Star!! My son was staying at my house for a couple of years. When he moved, my mail started going to his house. We tried to fix it, then last year it started to try and go back to his house again. Now important mail, such as from my doctor, get returned to sender. My insurance companies and now my credit card have even permanently changed my address because of this problem. I’m having to take time and call every darn company!!!!
