Smells god awful in there so bad me and my partner had to leave because we were getting major headaches and he almost threw up, also absolutely no one in there to help, stood at the counter with 4 people behind it for over 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged us

I have been using Walgreens Pharmacy for decades because we relocate on average every 2.5 years. I trust Walgreens for easy Rx transfer from state to state on monthly maintenance medications. This location - 2nd Loop in Florence - is the slowest ever. Because of my disabilities I always use the drive thru and the wait is always 10 to 20 minutes per vehicle. I get a text telling me my script is ready, drive over and I'm the 3rd car I immediately know I will be sitting in this line for about 30 minutes. Every time I foolishly believe it is the customers, perhaps their scripts weren't ready and rather than go around, they just sit and wait holding up the line. Then I arrive at the window thinking, my scripts ready, fully covered by insurance I'll be on my way quickly.... NOPE. It's 10 to 15 minutes waiting for them to find it. I really don't understand why there is no sense of urgency at this location. I really love having Walgreens as my nationwide pharmacy and don't want to change. It's been a year with this location and it's like this every single time. Please, please, please get some customer service training. The last straw came when I had an infection that required an antibiotic to start on Thursday evening. Thursday I couldn't get through on the phone. They didn't even start preparing the Rx until I called on Friday to find out when I could get it. I was delayed by 2 doses of getting an infection under control. For a patient undergoing Chemotherapy, that is not good. Every month I am left hoping that it was just a fluke last time, but after a year clearly there is a problem. Each contact has been very friendly and cordial, perhaps because I do not share my frustration after the long wait. At the same time there is no acknowledgement or apology for the long wait, just a smiling friendly face asking how they can help. Again no sense of urgency.

not sure if it's just straight up incompetency but this pharmacy is just a train wreck. i don't think in the time i've been using them i've ever had a pleasant experience. it's very seldom. i would go somewhere else but options are pretty limited in florence. needless to say im on the hunt for a better pharmacy. also if i could give them 0 stars i would.

Walked and stood at the express checkout at the pharmacy, and Kalya was too busy eating, drinking, and chatting to help me. Someone else stood basically infront of her at the consultation window and she helped him basically because he was standing directly in front of her. First time here and probably won't be back. Millennials..! horrible customer service.!

I ordered 2 deodorants to be picked up. The person filling the order. Chose a melted one that had the deodorant all over the outside of the container and in the cap. It was a mess. Really! So slack... someone who could care less. Would not trust them to fill any order again. ?

Very unprofessional. Cashier will see you standing at photo area and not say anything. Went for passport pictures and after waiting 10 minutes, someone came over, then took 10 minutes searching for a camera to take passport pictures with. Eventually walks pass and says “we can’t find the camera” and then heads back to cashier section. The guy is very rude - would not recommend.

Aesha the pharmacy technician is very rude and does not know how to speak to customers. The pharmacy as a whole needs to take a class on customer service. I understand the job can be stressful when slammed with customers, but that isn’t an excuse to be rude.

Always closed for no reason. The pharmacist is out a lot, and in my case my medicine is always out of stock, not cool!!! I’m glad I found a local independent pharmacy that cares.
