  Cancelled my toddlers cake the day of his birthday, hours before pickup due to staff calling out & Wouldn’t answer the phones.

  I am SO disappointed. I ordered a cake for my son's 13th birthday on Monday to pick up Friday at 4pm. I get a canceled order Friday AM that they cannot fulfill it through the app. This gives me NO time to figure out a cake for tomorrow. This at least should require a phone call to trying to figure out something together.

  I ordered a dinosaur volcano cake for my son’s 4 birthday. This cake looked nothing like what I thought it would. I was very disappointed.
