closed my account randomly and kept telling me to come back at different times. Each time i came at the appointed time they would say there is a problem and tell me to come an hour later happened 3 times in one day.

This is my favorite Wells Fargo location in Florence! The staff is always friendly and the service is always speedy! They always know what they are doing. I have never had a bad experience at this location! I always make sure to come to this location if I need any bank work done!

I went to withdraw cash from my account at this location. The branch manager said the system was showing a hold for fraudulent activity. After an hour trying to "fix" on the phone the issue the branch manager told me she had appointments waiting and i had to leave. I went to the business i was withdrawing the money for and using my debit card paid my bill with no problem. Why in the world did the branch manager tell me i couldn't withdraw MY cash.. poor customer service.

If I deposit a check at the branch and it’s not available the same day like everyone else’s one more time I’m going to switch banks.

Today the online service was down so I was not able to complete a transaction that way. After 3 calls to the corporate office, I decided to walk in this branch hoping they would be able to help me. Not only did they NOT know who came in first, but this new black female told me she could complete the transaction for a $30 fee. Of course, I was upset since this transaction by online banking is free. I got up and hobbled out followed by a "have a nice day." How about some empathy and concern that WELLS FARGO is having issues. How about an apology and then offer alternatives versus focusing on how to get money from me.
