The staff doesn’t pay you any mind. So I walk in to place my order because I like to wash my hands before I eat. So now I know that I can only get service at the drive through, they won’t get my money!

There are too many unclean tables, no ice in the ice machine. Food was serviced hot ?, orange frosty did not taste like a dream sickle, but it was still good.

I want to give them 0 stars because they were so rude and would even let me finish my order. Also the cinnamon bun things they have now say “available all day” and they told me it’s only a morning thing but it’s only because they didn’t feel like making it. My chicken wrap I got had only a few pieces of chicken in it and no lettuce, cheese or ranch when it’s supposed to have all those in it?♀️. Worst service I’ve had ever had. And they were slow for no reason when there was 1 car in front of me and the lobby is closed because they don’t feel like opening it up. and the workers just kept playing and messing around.

I went in to get an orange frosty, which was delicious. The guy at the counter told me that I could only make a purchase if I paid with cash. The amount that he told me to pay was round number and not equal to anything that I could see on the menu.I have no idea what they had going on. Super weird. That being said, the orange frosty was fantastic!

I just left here there was a girl with an Afro who took my order. She had an attitude I didn’t receive any change because she was trying to rush and I told her my sauce for my nuggets was wrong she snapped on me. I don’t think people like this should be working in a fast food restaurant if you can’t handle the pressure find another job !!!

This has got to be the worst wendys around. Every time I've gone, they're understaffed, take 15+ minutes to just get your order in the first place, then another 10 minutes later you get to the window and they'll let you know they are out of stock of half your order.This visit (3/29/24) I arrived to the drive thru at 6:25 PM, pulled up to the ordering speaker at 6:35, finally got my order placed at 6:50, and got told that I will need to pull forward and wait. At 7:00 someone came out to tell me they have no potatoes, and I finally got the other part of my food a couple minutes later.While I was waiting in the drive thru, there were at least 15 other cars that had joined the line and gave up waiting, just driving off.

We have multiple times sat in the drive thru at this location and had no one speak to us. I have even called the location while in the drive thru line, at the speaker waiting, just to ask if they were open and the drive thru working. I was told yes and when I explained how long I waited with no one speaking, I was told to drive around to the first window. Where no one was waiting and we ended up driving away after being ignored for several more minutes. This is also supposed to be a location that is open late but you are routinely ignored if you pull up with employees visible inside. So I'm dropping my rating on what was once a dependable location.

Every time I go to this location the workers are never attentive. You'll sit at the drive through speaker for 10 minutes before they tell you to come inside, just to ignore you in there. I always order online and my food is never ready, making the wait even longer. I can't imagine if I actually tried to give them an order, since when I order online it's incorrect or they're out. I got a chicken wrap with barely any chicken and 2 pieces of lettuce. This is the worst location in florence, I don't understand how it's still open since workers constantly drive customers off.

Went in to place an order because the drive-through was long. When I got in there, I was not greeted, but told good morning as a joke when it’s almost 7 PM and told merry Christmas as a joke again as if I’m in the joking matter at this moment because I’m hungry, the gentleman that took my order was on FaceTime with someone else while I was standing in front of him. Another lady next to him even made the comment. Why are you on the phone and I spoke up and said with a customer in front of you I work in customer service I know that’s not allowed . Then he proceeded to say that someone else needed to take my order and drive-through because I’m paying with the card. Another lady who happened to be sitting in the dining area, walked in front of me and did not say, skews me and turn the screen around to make sure that her name was on the register before letting him proceed with my order. This place is unprofessional and childish. They didn’t make sure that my food was hot. They just put it on the counter and did not let me know that it was ready while I was fixing my drinks. The drink machine did not have any icing and I stood there for a few seconds waiting for someone to notice me I said excuse me twice for someone to actually notice me standing behind them so I can get ice in my cups. Drink machine was dirty counter was dirty also SMH I don’t think I will be going to this location. I would much rather drive to Irby Street to place my order. They might be slow in Irby Street but at least the inside is not dirty and they’re not playing around the whole time.

Ordered online. Waited about 10-15 minutes at the window only to be told that all they had was nuggets and fries. The workers need to be able to update the app with what's in stock like Starbucks does. Also, the worker should've told me as soon as I pulled up so I didn't have to waste my time.

Slow and my order was
