“I recently started shopping Cato's after moving home to Marion to care for my late Mama who developed dementia. I had to find things to do to keep her occupied so she wouldn't stay cooped up in the house day in and out, so Cato became a frequent destination plus it wasn't but a couple of miles from home! I'm still shopping at Cato's but now days it's the 2 in Florence and one in Lake City but they all had several same attributes which was the store was always immaculate including racks being finger spaced, as well as the employees are always A++ with their sweet, helpful when needed, and not in your hair if you don't! This day and age where customer service is a long, long, ago and far far away fairy tale these stores are a wonderful breath of fresh air!! Oh and their clearance rack is INSANE!! ?”

“Cute store, fair prices, staff was very fun and friendly! They are pet friendly, so we stopped on our trip to stretch our legs and let our bulldog stretch his. They treated him like a movie star!! “The GM and night worker were very kind and helpful! It was close to closing time, and we weren't rushed at all that we were over the 9pm . The GM was very knowledgeable about the fragrance we inauires about and was very personable. The night woker was helpful in helping me find a bargain on the clearance rack in my size. I was just about to give up. She got the key and guided me to the changing room where I actually could fit the jeans!!! Happy mothers Day to me!!! My daughter was treating SO I WAS ALSO DELIGHTED TO FIND AN AWESOMW FRAGRANCE.”

“This store was cute and stylish. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and kind to me and my children. They have a little play area for them to play in while you shop. I went there for the sole purpose to get some jeans, but they didn't have a huge selection at the time. It was spring cleaning time. I saw other things that looked nice though. I will definitely be back.”
“Lovely women who work there they always speak to everyone who walks in! They always have a friend attitude and make you feel good about yourself when you try on 20 things and nothing fits. “Stop by Kohl’S today with my wife to look around for some new shirts for myself. This is usually a good time for purchasing year end winter clothing. I found some really good deals on men’s clothing. I’m in the big and tall category so finding the perfect size is hard. Nice selection of very good quality of men’s stuff that was reduced to a very reasonable price. The lady at the checkout counter was very friendly and helped me find everything I was looking for. “I think they have great plus size dress options. Nice shoe section for women's 11-13. The rest of the plus size section for me is lacking but I'm 6 foot so I struggle in most shops. Staff have always been as quick as they could be and pleasant. Definitely like to pop in every once in awhile to see what they've got.”

“I have visited the Florence area for many years and finally came into the store. My foot is hard to fit and the ladies helped me find a comfortable and cute shoe. I’ve worn the Naot brand before and they are a bit expensive but are so comfortable and last forever! I mentioned to the ladies that I needed a dress and they found two cute dresses that actually fit me (I’m a 2x). The dresses were a cute boho style/print and on sale! I will definitely come back to shop on my next trip. The ladies were very helpful, not the least bit pushy and the clothes, shoes and accessories are very unique and different than you would find in a department store.”
