I visited this place today and it's disgusting. It smells awful and is in terrible condition. This place isn't fit to live in for anyone better yet an elderly person who's trying to heel. It's sad seeing people in this living environment and even worse someone you love. Heart breaking

The staff were rude. The overall place was ran down and in need of some repairs.

As in all places, you worry about sending your loved one to a facility. This is the 3rd facility my mother has been to since August and so far, the staff here seems to be more attentive, especially the PT staff. Grant it, there is good and bad in all places you go to and you will definitely here all of it. You'll have to just weed through it all. You just have to remember, you are your loved ones advocate. Keeping the lines of communications open makes all the difference in the world. Although mama has been here about 3 weeks, she has given them a run for their money for sure. After meeting those involved in her care, I know they are there to do what they can for her. I believe we are all on the same page and I'm sure we may have some disagreements at times, but we can always meet and work through any problem that may arise.

I pray to God that no one else's family ever has to experience what our family did with our Mother. She was released from the hospital to go to this place for PT and OT. However, 8 days later was back in the hospital in the worst condition of her life. She ended up in ICU on 35 liters of oxygen as well as having to get a NG Tube in her because she couldn't eat or swallow and ended up on emergency dialysis. And my Mother is still in the hospital a month later still on dialysis after my daddy called them and told them they better get her to a hospital. My mother is only 65 years old and originally went in the hospital with a broken leg on August 1st and basically has been in there ever since all but in this God-Forsaken, awful place.
