I just had the opportunity to speak with a representative named Grace and I was super impressed by her costumer service skills. I had multiple questions regarding AAA’s policies, she was quick to answer, super friendly, and knowledgeable! Sometimes things happen for a reason... not only did I save $2000 with moving all of my policies over with Eric, my car didn't start and he fixed my battery terminals and gave me a just start, all out in the pouring down rain... you can't make this experience up. We were at the DMV and trying to get our vehicle register in a new state. We had the wrong home insurance document. The clerk said if someone could email it they would take it. I called the Rickard agency and Jennifer found it right away and emailed it. She was so fast and ready to help us. Saved us from coming back and standing in line again. Thank you Jennifer!!

Prior one of the best insurance companies in Fort Mill. Every time I call they always answer the phone within the 2nd ring. Pretty surprising considering a lot of the other insurance companies have a answering service have a answering service. They're always very nice and polite on the phone. They always get back to me in a really short amount of time
