Big shout out and thank you to Jarrod ! Jarrod is a busy guy, however he was happy to assist me in a time of need with my alternator. He helped with diagnostic testing & finding a mechanic and made it very easy. I do not live in Charlotte and was traveling through, crummy time for mechanical issues. Thanks to Jarrod & AAP for the professionalism.

Decided to try this place to get the battery of my car changed instead of the other Auto part store… and I am glad I did. Same price as the competitors, but better costumer service. They tested and replaced the battery of my car and were very helpful.

Store opens at 7:30am, but arrived at 7:45am today and store still closed. Person inside with door locked and arrived 10min late ????

Good store, friendly and competent staff. Noah was very helpful with a battery replacement on a Honda CRV. Clean store, nice employees, will be back again.

My air conditioning stopped working, thank Goodness I found advanced auto parts!
Jarrod was very helpful and helped me do e R-134a refrigerant. He was very informative and patient . I'll definitely be back when passing through.

Most helpful one stop shop ive been too jarrod made sure my battery was fine helped find loose ends i needed to touch up and gave me recommendations on maintnence for the future him and his team were extremely well mannered and focused on fixing the issues at hand

The customer service there is very much top tier. I went there to have someone check my battery. They ended up showing me a problem with my car thats gone unnoticed noticed and could be very detrimental to a specific area of my car. I truly appreciate Philip and Jarrod for being there and assisting me with my car issues! I’m forever a customer.

Yesterday, I headed to replace the battery in my Maserati Levante. When I requested to upgrade to an AGM battery, they assured me it could be done at no extra cost, which initially made me apprehensive. However, Gerard, the staff member assisting me, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, handling the task with precision. The service was top-notch, and I have no hesitation in giving them a perfect 5 out of 5 rating. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of similar services! and don't forget to ask for Gerard :)
