“Have always used the online do it yourself service but this was our first time using an in office tax pro, the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and checked in. Our tax pro Mercedes even came out to let us know it would take a little longer before she was ready for us and even gave us other options if we weren't able to wait. They called us back in no time saying they were ready. Extremely professional yet still showed compassion, patience, and understanding. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend using in office tax pro at this location.”
