Complete waste of my time. I spent over an hour with them going over my AV needs and waited a month for a quote—kept being told it was on the way. Then all communication stopped. Emails and texts went completely unanswered. Very disappointing experience and unprofessional follow-through.

Bright Audio Video just completed their install at our home and we could not be happier with the service and result. Hans was great to work with and Ean and his install team could not have been more helpful and professional. We will definitely use BAV again in the future.
