We just started taking our sweet rescue pooch here and have been more than happy with the care. I love that we can check in on the camper cams.

Excellent customer service, you know they really care about my dog Coco! I drop her off, and have complete trust that she will be well taken care of and have a great time at Camp Bow Wow. I appreciate the dedication from the staff and the owners, thank you!

I took my dog to Camp Bow Wow for boarding and we were disappointed when we picked him up.His bed had pee all over, he is well trained and knows not to pee his bed plus He came home smelling like Pee.It was filled with dog hair, which was not his because he is hypoallergenic. He has caramel/brown hair and this was black/gray, as you can see from the pictures, teddy bear and bowl had hair as well. Which It's clear to me that another Dog was using his personal items and eating his food.I understand there was a personnel issue, which I had to find out after calling to see why he was not on the yard. The main reason why I dropped him off this weekend was for him to play and clearly that was not the case. When I asked the girl in the front if there was going to be any reimbursement/discount/offer for the incident she just said "No, but call the Director", not even offer me to speak to the manager at the moment once I noticed his items.I called and email the director and never got an answer.

I rarely ever post bad reviews. I'm more on the side of I just won't return, it's no big deal. However, I feel like I should post this. I waited an entire year to post this review, as I didn't know if I should.I brought my dog here last year for a two-night stay. I dropped him off and thought it was a nice place with nice staff. I watched him through the cameras and all was well. When I came to pick up my dog, he had several feces stains on him, his AirTag was missing and his stuff had feces on it as well. When asked why he had this, they said a bath is extra money. They did not try to call to ask if this was a service I wanted, as I would NEVER want my dog to sleep, live or have his own feces on him. I also requested information about my AirTag as I could see on my app that it was still located at the facility. I tried to speak with multiple workers and the manager and was told they didn't have it. They did not reimburse me for the loss or tell me next steps.I would not recommend this place for Fur Babies. I have tried several other places before writing this review, and my dog has been never been returned to me in the condition he was returned to me from Camp Bow Wow. If looking for a recommendation the the Fort Mill/Charlotte Area, I would recommend Pet Paradise.

I highly Recommend this place to all pet parents. The staff is so nice and I LOVE that the app has a camera feed so i can check on my baby at any time. He gets to use up his energy and get a bit more socialized instead of sitting in the house alone. Great place

most. horrible place, Please be aware about this place.we sent healthy pet to them due to their negligence pet becomes sick.we. talked to them. about. this that if any reason pet becomes sick then what should you. do as we would be out of country.They. told they would take to doctor and. do. all necessary action to make pets healthy.but. now once pets. get sick they called my friend to take care the pet and get out of their responsibility. We are really stressed now thinking about our pets as we are out of country so we can't do much just felling helpless.Really never send your pet to this place if you got for long trip.they are horrible.

My dog has a great experience at Camp Bow Wow. The camper staff really seem to enjoy taking care of the pups. It’s a great free play environment and my dog loves socializing with other dogs.

Camp Bow Wow, Fort Mill, is top-notch. The staff are friendly yet professional and all seem to be genuinely concerned about the welfare of the pups in their charge. Highly recommended!

The staff is very friendly and engaged. The facility is clean. Luna is happy to go here, which is huge as she is a shy dog. The enrichment options are great.

I enjoy having a place to take my dog when I'm working or have to go out of town. I really like that they have a toy breed area. My dog gets overwhelmed and stressed with dogs who may still be small but are much bigger than she is. The staff is superb and I know when my dog is there is being loved on like she is at home.

My puppy is 8 months old and got his first full groom a couple of months ago at this location. He just had his second and I am pleased again. McKenna is a great groomer and communicates well. I have a doodle and his coat is cleaned well and looks very nice when she is finished with him.My dog is happy and not frightened at all when I pick him up, and I look forward to him joining the daycare when he is able.

My first time boarding my dog I called ahead and was told they had pill pockets. When I arrived I found that was untrue and I had to quickly go purchase some before heading out of town. My second time they called me to say she’d run out of medications. She’s on a controlled medication and I count her pills. The number of pills she has at home is the amount she should have if she’d received her meds as prescribed while at Camp Bow Wow. I picked her up early so she only missed one dose instead of two. If your dog requires medication I recommend boarding them somewhere else or using Rover.
