THEY SUCK!!!!!....Trusted them to care for my miniature dachshund....now after they gave her a shot she's dead....she was only 2 years old....I am so totally heartbroken....never again will I go there for taking care of one of my pets.....I brought my dog to you to care for her...she came to me with.some health issues....that's why I was seeking your assistance....I was told she needed the shot she's got because her titer tests came back low....the day she got her shot I questioned the tech about the necessity of it and was told she needed it....so please don't you dare say it was my decision...I came to you because my dog needed your help...now she's dead and im heartbroken...thank you very much....

I took my dogs into Carolina intergrative and they helped me through several surgeries with my babies , The expertise and custoemr care was phenominal and I would refer anyone to them at any time great place to take your fur babies

Everyone here is wonderful and so helpful. Mariah went above and beyond for me. My cat needs a daily medication and I asked them to call it in to my local pharmacy. When Mariah called it in, she realized that it was going to cost over $400. She called around, priced out the medication and then called me back to tell me where I could buy the medication for much, much less money. I really appreciate her going above and beyond to help save money!

Recently we had to make a really really hard decision about our dog, and I felt nothing but support from this vet team. Everyone was so unbelievably kind and thoughtful. I was able to be with my girl when she crossed the rainbow bridge and everyone was so kind. When I went to pick up my dog’s remains, there was a card with so many personalized messages from staff with condolences. It was so sweet. We didn’t have the opportunity to have much experience with them, but what we did experience, I have never experienced before. When we do decide to get another dog, we will definitely come to carolina integrative vet!

These people are amazing! I spent so long calling so many vets in hopes that someone could help my White's Tree Frog, as soon as they answered my call they were able to book me for the very next morning! They were very gentle and loving with my animal and made the atmosphere very friendly and calming for a slightly panicked frog mom. They made sure to explain the medicines and the sickness so I wasn't leaving with any confusion or questions. Highly suggest visiting them, I will definitely be going to them again with any future concerns!

Vet got recommended by Hollywood feed. Couldn’t be more happy with this new vet! So knowledgeable and nice! Only been here twice and it already feels like a second home for me and my fur babies.
If you are looking for a vet with a more holistic approach, one who will listen to your concerns before prescribing meds etc. then this place can’t be beat! Highly recommend!

Dr. Lin and the team are amazing. Katie is now wanting to play soccer again after laser therapy and acupuncture. Henry Ford enjoys all of the puppy love when his sister is getting her treatment. I think he wants to work there and be the greeter. Not having to do surgery on her shoulder has been miraculous and we are grateful.

A little over a week ago, I took my dog Ginny here for the first time. This place is exactly what I had been looking for and they are well worth the 2+ hours I spend driving there and back. Not only do they provide excellent care, but they paid attention to my sweet doggo and gave her so much love! I am always so irritated by vets and vet staff who barely acknowledge my dogs when I bring them in, but that wasn't the case here. The woman at the reception desk came around to say hello and give Ginny lots of love! That immediately set us both at ease. In the exam room, Dr. Lin and the vet tech got right down on the floor with Ginny to love on her and make her feel comfortable. And then Dr. Lin stayed in the room for as long as I needed to answer my many questions about my dog's care plan going forward. I know I tend to ask a lot of questions, but I never felt like I was holding her up or being annoying which I appreciated! I came here because I believe in integrative medicine, but I will continue to bring my dog here because of the people who made our first visit so wonderful!

I used to live in Steele Creek and first became aware of this practice via a mail flyer. I don’t normally take notice of those, but something told me to take my dog here when it opened. Dr. Marlowe and the entire team have been so amazing! I’ve since moved north of uptown Charlotte but take the trek here whenever my dog needs anything. Everyone is so accommodating and wonderful and I really feel like my dog is cared for in ways I haven’t experienced in other practices. Thank you guys for taking such great care of my baby!

Great place to get your pups cared for. They don't laugh off a holistic lifestyle here. They have lots of great recommendations for pup care/training/diet that are actually doable and I appreciate that.

I love everybody at Carolina Integrative. They cared about you and your pet. I will never change vets even if I move out of the area. They really, really care. They are all friendly, kind , and are on top of everything. They are special!

This place was incredibly disappointing. It started off with the woman on the phone who was very nice, but she told me the price of the exam, which was outrageous (why $135) and said the reason is because the Veterinarian does a long thorough exam and gives many recommendations etc. Then when arriving it is the SMALLEST space for animals in the waiting room. MANY dogs were barking and the front desk woman and another lady were chatting loudly the entire time about 1ft away from where we’re sitting, with no regards to people waiting. It is a VERY anxiety ridden place for animals to wait. Not so “integrative.”
Well the Vet was in there no more than 10 minutes; she did nothing special at all and didn’t even do a thorough exam. The vet tech took my pup to trim her nails and didn’t tell me I’d be charged (that’s fine, I just wasn’t aware), and I mentioned it when she charged me and I was shocked, after paying the initial exam fee and the vet barely did anything, and my dog was extremely anxious from the chaos in a super small office and she said oh sorry.
They did nothing special, and nothing better than anywhere I’ve ever been. I went there in order to get low mercury vaccines which I paid for.
This place is NOT worth the money. It was the WORST experience I have ever had at a vet.
