Based on the reviews, Carroll's Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated store that is an intrical part of the community. The business offers great customer service with helpful folks who work their tails off, like bagging ice melt before a snowstorm. They provide a great selection of inventory and are a one stop shop. Customers are amazed at how much items they had that were needed. The staff are super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They will do whatever it takes to be as great as they can be, including making the effort to bring in exact products like geogrid, drainage pipe, irrigation, and plumbing fittings and keep them stocked. The owner went the extra mile for customer needs. For example, they took a paint can from a big box store and shook it without hesitation, also giving out paint stirring sticks and a lid opener at no charge. Carroll's Ace is much closer to most folks off Gold Hill Road than Lowes or Home Depot. This is not just an Ace, this is Carroll's Ace.
Knowledgeable, friendly eager to help, professional. A better Ace cannot be found. My Stihl weed whacker would not fire, the fix wasfound in less than a minute then one pull and running smoothly.
