The workers at this Chiptole are so rude!! It a hit and miss on the food, when I go I order steak and here lately its been flavorless and and over cooked to where it's tough... the Pico is also a hit and miss and now they seem to have stopped adding lime juice which is what makes it good! The tables are always dirty and so are the floors, so I eat outside in my car. This is the worst chiptole I've ever been too and I will not be going back to this one!

This place is super dirty!!!I’m about to report this place with the heath department.Today Monday April 1/2024.1:40pm( that way you check your cameras and employees).There was only one lady who was nice and worked really good.there is an employee on her phone making calls and touching the chiken at the same time. Cross-contamination, Poor personal hygiene.Inadequate kitchen sanitation..she is violating the health department codes.About to call the heath department on this place.

How do you forget guacamole for my chips do you want to eat chips with nothing to dip in and the service was terrible took 10 minutes for them to go to the window and they weren’t even busy it’s fort mill live up to the standards.

Place is Dirty. Sticker at the door states "A" rating??? Tables, chairs , drink station carpet, walls all of them so dirty.This is a food place common sense will be appreciated. Service can be more welcoming, 2 out of 3 are sounding angry not pleasant. No wonder their rating is 2.4 stars.

I've tried several times with online ordering and try to be understanding, but when your order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes earlier, it's frustrating. I don't understand the point of having a "pickup shelf" when you hoard the orders at the pick-up window, and I have to ask for my order. It's not worth the money or frustration.

Terrible location, close it if it can’t be run correctly. Half the time they “run out of food” and you have to call a 1-800 number that can’t be reached for a refund for online orders.

Basically average chipolte, wasn't the cleanest dining area when I went by and drink area was also a mess. This last trip at 4 in the afternoon they were out of lettuce for salads and didnt expect to have any for the rest of the day. They were also out of the salad dressing. Looks like issues managing inventory.

This is the 3rd order in a row where something is missing. This time I ordered a make your own taco kit for my daughter and they omitted the chicken and the tortillas. Previously they’ve forgotten drinks, ingredients, chips, you name it. I can understand it happening once, maybe even twice, but three times is ridiculous.

The people working here sucks, they didn’t mention what is not available when asked for a bowl, instead they just added whatever they have and charged me extra queso which I did not even ask for and they didn’t even put it in my order. Useless people, I am not sure how chipotle hires this kind of dumb

My experience was so bad, im giving feedback before i even take a bite of my meal. It started with The irritable attitude when i was initally the only person in line. The protein portion size wasn't sufficient to what is taught in training, it was literally half a spoon of protein. I had to request a second scope to get sufficient amount. The second person rushed the toppings on the two bowls without even asking me if they were going to be the same. To add insult to injury, the store was COMPLETELY OUT of chips. AND The Poor Communication between the 2nd person and Cashier, that I was charged for two Carne Asada bowls when I only got one, the other was chicken. And they charged me for a extra scoop. ? Arguably the worse experience I have ever had at chipotle. I will drive out the way to the South Tryon location because there service is more consistent and friendly

A year ago I would have given less stars, but the past several times we have been there we have had consistently good experiences with employees, food, and quality.
