I just joined S3 CROSSFIT last week. They have been very kind and helpful. I am obese and getting ready for a knee replacement. After 3 months of zero exercise w/Covid, my muscles are jello. The Staff/Coaches have been fabulous at giving me a WOD(workout of the day) that will help me become stronger w/o injuring my wimpy joints. The other members I’ve met are friendly and fun. I feel comfortable at S3 CROSSFIT and encourage anyone to try it as well☺️

Love this gym! They’re always so welcoming when I drop in while visiting family. I wish I could take it back to Texas with me. The coaching is excellent, I’ve been coached by Matt and Michael, both of who are super helpful and knowledgable. Also, the amount of classes and not just WODS they have is unmatched.

If you’re looking for a drop in workout or more permanent CrossFit home I highly recommend S3. Great coaches, Mike and Meghan, supportive and friendly fellow athletes and a great facility!

I've been a member at S3 for over four years now, and it's been the best gym experience ever. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, and the members are always warm and welcoming. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just looking to stay active, S3 is an incredible community for all ages and fitness levels.

As a professional ballet dancer, I had steered away from Cross-fit. But S3 offers personalized training in a small group setting, and the coaches tailor exercises to your personal level. My 2 teens have also started coming with me and they look up to the coaches like superheroes. I’ve heard about the friendly atmosphere in the gym from neighbors, but it’s exceeded my expectations. Call for a trial. The opportunity to try it out first, to get comfortable with the exercises and techniques were invaluable.

I’ve dropped in for numerous classes over the past few years when in town. The coaches and members make it super easy to drop in and feel like a regular member. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. The coaches explain the workouts clearly. Class sizes aren’t too big and there is plenty of space and equipment. It’s so awesome having a gym I know I can drop into when traveling and get a solid workout in!

Best CrossFit gym I ever dropped into. The facility is beautiful and large and the coach was very knowledgeable. Great warmups too. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Could not recommend it more!!!

My buddy invited me to S3 to attempt the Murph. Awesome gym, great trainers, great vibes. It was my first Murph and everyone was incredibly supportive! Starting up a trial week and can't see how I won't join!

Great experience and genuine staff/owners who are interested in you while offering great advice/additional exercises. Matthew has been a phenomenal trainer and Meghan was proactive in assisting initially. Finally, Sean, the owner, has been responsive and kind throughout the process.

I can’t say enough about S3. My wife and I are both members and it has become a huge part of our lives. We have two young kids and now have more energy than ever to keep up with them. The coaches and workouts are fantastic, but equally great are the community and people at the gym. Going to S3 is a highlight of my day. I never would have guessed I’d be into CrossFit, but now I’m addicted.

There’s never a morning that I wake up that I dread going to work out. This gym is my family’s happy place. They’re truly invested in helping everyone feel welcome and safe. My teenagers are now invested in their health and it makes us so proud as parents! These people have truly become some of our best friends!
