Way too many people are too eager to leave negative reviews over stuff that is out of the staff control.
This is a place of business and of health. If you’re disappointed in something the corporation has done, or are upset about a visit; there are plenty CVS’ in the area and EVEN MORE pharmacy chains.
The staff here are wonderful and are always working hard. Not too many places do you get that nowadays. We appreciate you Tom Hall St CVS!

Implemented a voicemail system only so there's no way to call and actually get a live person at the pharmacy. What a joke.

Horrible. They accept UPS for pickups and managed to lose an overnight envelope. It never left this store. One star is too many.

Do not go to this pharmacy unless you have all day to spare for a simple pickup. They have more folks behind the counter than there are customers in front, yet they will keep you waiting forever.
