The staff are always professional and courteous. Don't try to get your medication from the pharmacy between 5-6p or you'll be waiting a long time. Everyone stops after work and it's a zoo. But this is a great CVS location.

This CVS doesn't care. Period. Waited 20 minutes in line for a prescription on a Sunday, I finally get to the front of the line and they close the drive through at 5:59. I go inside where they're still helping someone and after checking them out, they refuse to sell me my wife's prescription, coldly tell me they're closed despite having just checked out another customer. The lack of compassion and humanity was staggering. Vile people.

The pharmacist that returns calls, I think named Jennifer, is so helpful! Calls you back promptly, makes multiple calls if needed as things change, and helps however she can. As busy as they are, I doubt it's easy to give everyone that much time and detail.
My only complaint is the pharmacy seems to be out of stock all the time, requiring prescriptions to be ordered and delayed. But I can deal with that if the pharmacists are helpful as they are.

I would have given a 5 until this point...they have a new Rude/Racist Lead in the pharmacy...he saw me approach when Noone was around and did not assist me...I stood there 5 min and he looked around me to assist others...one of the pharmacist stepped up to ask if I needed anything then he chose to help..when I told him my situation with my meds he refuse to give me art of my med to get me through the day knowing it's life or death if I do not take my meds...and he did not care at all...Je accused me of lying about my prescription being filled there the past 2 months..asked me to call and prove it..I was in the cvs almost 45 min to and hr ...The other cvs confirmed that this location gave me my meds and Said that all he had to do was refresh the system or call them like they always do..even the pharmacist there verified that my prescription had been coming there...and he still chose to he an asshole...I will never go to that CVS ever again..i felt so humiliated ...you should watch how you treat people because you never know how life may boomerang stuff like that back on you

Arrived at 12:29 PM. I was the only customer in the store. The woman in the pharmacy saw me coming and said: “we are closed for lunch." I said, "Come on. Please. I am the only person here and it's only one prescription. I drove all the way over here to get it." She replied: "we are closed for lunch!" and slammed the roller bind shut in my face. NEVER AGAIN! I had my prescriptions transferred to Harris Teeter where the pharmacists are very nice and efficient and the cost of my RX lower. The last one was free!

Checkout was delightful because the team member made me feel valued. She greeted me when I came and wished me a great day when I left. She was happy, professional
knowledgeable, efficient, quick and helpful! Great experience as always when she is there!!

Terrible new system. Had a prescription that needed a refill request sent. Couldn’t find option for that thru app. App was just saying not ready for refill (wld be ready in 2 days which wld make it a Sunday when my dr wld not be available )Tried to leave voice mail twice and got cut off. Tried to call store and speak to anyone and got cut off. Tried to hit option 2 to speak to pharmacy ( the one that asks if ur a healthcare provider,- hated to do it but was desperate to speak to someone and got cut off. Really considering moving my prescriptions to a place that I can speak to someone when needed.

Nice clean and nicely laid out phamacy and drug store. Can get your prescriptions as well as some vaccines.Got a big selection of over the counter drugs and vitamins. You also have toiletries and some convenient items.

Pharmacy is horrible medicine is never ready even after getting the text at 9am and come pick up around 1 and told have to come back at 2 because they go to lunch at 1:30 by the manager chandler even though you was there way before and was told medicine was ready at 9 and you really need the rx due to surgery

Customers are rude and entitled. They have no idea what it’s like to work in a busy pharmacy with massive amounts of prescriptions, medication shortages and backorders that are out of their hands and the stress of people who refuse to be reasonable, patient or have any sense of decency. They are always ready to take out their frustration on the techs and pharmacists who have no control over these things and are trying their best. I worked in pharmacy for years, and I could never go back. Too much. Thanks for showing up to work, guys!
