Customers are rude and entitled. They have no idea what it’s like to work in a busy pharmacy with massive amounts of prescriptions, medication shortages and backorders that are out of their hands and the stress of people who refuse to be reasonable, patient or have any sense of decency. They are always ready to take out their frustration on the techs and pharmacists who have no control over these things and are trying their best. I worked in pharmacy for years, and I could never go back. Too much. Thanks for showing up to work, guys!

This place is terrible. I called to ask if my son’s prescription was ready for pick up. No one told me they needed updated insurance information. I waited in a 15 minute line to be told I could not get it filled until I called to update my prescription insurance. I sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes updating it with them. The woman was rude when I asked how long until I can pick it up. She said I’m doing lots of things while trying to help you. Isn’t her job to help me? Bad experience! Would not recommend coming here.

I cannot believe how difficult it is to get a prescription filled at this location. They obviously have more work than they can do. Car line backed up, inside line backed up, no help provided when you call them. I was told to call the other store after waiting meds for 4 days.

I visited CVS today on the corner of Springfield Parkway and 160. We shop here regularly but will not do so in the future. We went out of our way to shop here for our sick grandchildren meds. The poor guy up front could not get anyone to come assist him and the automated machine would not work properly. He had to void our purchase and so when I attempted to rescan everything it would not credit me the $7. Coupon. He did not know how to fix it and asked for assistance. No one came so he said we had to pay full price. So I did what any other consumer would do. I left everything and went to Walgreens. I really preferred CVS but I guess no more. Bye CVS!

No notifications when prescriptions are ready, nor when insurance is denied. On multiple occasions I went to pick up prescriptions only to find insurance had some issue with it, and the only way I was made aware was either by proactively asking about it or by reading the 25 page pamphlet they attach to the bag.I've unknowingly paid for items I shouldn't have because of CVS's failure to perform the bare minimum of customer service. When calling, I wait on hold forever and when someone picks up I'm rudely interrupted after I mention I need to update my insurance and put back on hold.

They sent a cancelation for my moms minute clinic appointment at the last minute. They stink. The second time, they did this. This is not a review of the store but the pharmacy.

I've used this location for the past four years. On average I would drive 45 mins to pick up my Rx every fours weeks or so. I called today and sat on hold for a total 2 hours off and on to ensure before I made the drive up this evening my Rx would be available to fill. After arriving at 8:15 to the drive thru, to find the pharmacy closed at 8:00 pm. The only reason I'm taking a moment to leave a review is because the entire time I was on hold the automated recording should've have announced the time change. Sitting in the parking lot writing this review, I've seen several cars pull through the drive thur . CVS must do better with their communication to their loyal customers.

This review is not for just one incident, EVERY SINGLE INTERACTION with this CVS is difficult when it does not have to be. We are out of town and tried to pay for prescriptions over the phone so a family member could pick them up and bring them to us and the Pharmacy REFUSED to take payment over the phone. The employees in the pharmacy do nothing to help you - they go out of their way to make life harder for customers. The ONLY REASON we use CVS is United Healthcare requires us to use them. Shame on You CVS! Based on the horrible reviews for this store, management must be aware and just not care that customers are being treated badly.

Had to drive to this location, called ahead to confirm they had it, purchased the drug and its 3 months expired. Now they want me to drive back 35 mins away to get a refund and then go to a different store.

I went here for the minute clinic on 4-5-23. The minute clinic staff were good. They instructed me to go to the waiting area of the pharmacy (after my visit) and the clerk will call me when my meds were ready. After a few minutes, the clerk (some 19-20 year old) rudely stated that I needed to get in line. I get in line (after several customers) and when I got to the counter Ms. Sunshine gets my name, tells me that my meds aren’t ready yet, and then sends me back to the waiting area. She then calls me up for an insurance issue, and I get handed off to a second person (very nice) and was the only employee not loudly talking about how she hates her job. The second clerk cleared the issue, but before checkout the system crashed (and I could not get my meds).Key takeaways:1. Minute Clinic was great.2. Should have had the script sent to Walgreens.3. Avoid Ms. Sunshine4. CVS has a much slower and issue laden software system.

This CVS pharmacy location needs to be evaluated by the company for being dishonest to customers. They have a completely careless attitude and employ people who don’t have any idea what they are doing. Pharmacy employees lose information and never contact the customer when they say they will.

Our family has been using this CVS for years. I have had 1 negative experience since 2017, and when the pharmacist was made aware of the situation she was compassionate and immediately resolved the issue. From leaving medication abroad (no it wasn’t controlled and no that’s not an excuse, I truly did that on Christmas vacation), to helping patients navigate current medication supply shortages, I’m so grateful for this team and their leadership.

The pharmacist at this CVS are incompetent. I was trying to buy, Sudafed, and their system froze. After that they would not sell me it because of the daily Sudafed limit even though I wasn’t able to buy it. They told be to call CVS corporate to get it removed from the system. I did and they said that it was the store’s problem and asked to speak to the pharmacist. CVC Corporate was great and told the pharmacist that they need to fix it. I waited another 45 minutes and they still couldn’t fix it. Complete incompetence. Go to any other pharmacist if you can.

We stopped using this CVS for several years due to some past issues but I needed to use them again because my current pharmacy was out of my meds. I go in to pick my meds and ask about using a prescription savings card or a coupon. I wish I could've recorded the look they gave me. You'd think I had just asked her to take 20 bucks out of her own pocket. Surely I'm not the only person who has ever asked this question? After asking another coworker they determined that I would have to go through drop off to see if any discounts could be applied. I didn't want to have to deal with any more attitude, so I just paid the full price and left.
