I was told to give a 5 star, but I believe in transparency. It took 4 months to close and was a grueling process. Granted, one issue wasn't their fault at all. However, it was never a smooth process. Sometimes, I had to send the same docs over, or it wasn't good enough. It took them about a week and a half to get back to me, saying they needed more documents. Then, the down payment kept increasing all the way up to the day of closing day. I never really got a chance to review the new closures fully. But I do know I put $6,300 on a 98k loan with a seller credit for closing of 5,820. My loan sits at 95k after everything. Just made me have a bad taste in my mouth, and I wouldn't use them again. Also the lender said I would receive a closing gift but that also never happened.

As a Real Estate Agent on the seller side, the buyer had the choice in lender and they chose Movement. Ed had to jump in and direct communication between underwriting, myself and the buyer/buyers agent. Thankfully, the transaction closed on the promised date even with the hurdles we had to face to get us to the table everyone came through with a positive experience. I am not sure if Ed hadn't jumped in, that we could have closed on this transaction. He was absolutely necessary in our situation. I am thankful for his professionalism.

Ed, Joe and Natalie gave me a chance when others would not entertain refinancing through a private mortgage. They always answered my calls and had a solution.
