This is my families go to enterprise whenever we are having car trouble or just need a nice fun vacation car rental to drive out of town ! Will is top tier when it comes to customer service !! Always quick and always helpful and knowledgeable the rest of the staff like Charles is also a huge help!

Go to Hertz at Charlotte-Douglas before you even consider renting from this location. I wish I could express how upset I was to get a call from this location to tell me they would not have the vehicle that I had reserved online. If you are looking for a 7-8 seat vehicle then obviously you're not going to be able to grab up another reservation for a reasonable rate at such a late hour. It was so frustrating to be ready to leave on my trip only to receive a call telling me they were transferring vehicles but mine wouldn't be available. So it appears their available cars are limited and they have to hustle around to get cars to their location which is one way to do business I suppose. Take a reservation and then hope one shows up!?? Worst still the employee did not offer to help me find a replacement and was of no help whatsoever. I would not use this location if you are looking for professionalism and reliability. Just save yourself the hassle!

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the service is top notch. I’ve been in a rental for two months now and the manager Will is the best person to talk to, please ask for him for all your needs and tell him Joshua sent you lol.

I Really enjoy the welcoming and friendly staff at the Hwy 160 location. They always greet me with a smile and ask about our plans. They never seem annoyed with my questions and are always open to offering suggestions. I will continue to rent from this crew as they've always been so good to us

I love dealing with enterprise. The staff in the Fort Mill office are A-1. If you live near by you should opt to use this location due to their excellent customer service and fast service.

Friendly helpful personal! Very satisfied with customer service received here. Really appreciated the convenience of being able to drop off the rental car at location of company that did the repairs on my car. (Metrolina Collision Center, Fort Mill)

Car was ready when promised, very happy with selection of make and model. However, even though there is a no smoking policy, the car still smelled of smoke. ugh! Should have received some compensation for that!
App was easy to rent a car from, employees at Fort Mill office were professional and easy to work with.

I was charged 3 times the contract amount and had to dispute the charge. When i rented the f150 i told Mr Halsey i needed the truck because my personal vehical was in the shop about 3 mils away. I ask if i could leave the truck at the repair shop and he said yes. Upon reurning the truck to the rental location a lady at the desk told me to leave it at the shop because the rental location did not have a driver.
