They called in my prescriptions and provided information. The staff was patient and friendly. “For the past several years, I've been going to Tryon Medical Uptown for my annual physicals. Main reason is because it was a convenient location, since I worked in Uptown. Two years ago, I started a new job, and I no longer have to travel to Uptown. So, I chose a new PCP, who is located here. My first annual physical went very well. Staff was very courteous and friendly. I think I'm gonna like it here.”
“Dr Payne is wonderful. I've moved further away since I've started seeing her, but she's worth the drive. Facility is easy to find. Staff is nice. Ive never waited long in the waiting room. If I show up 15 minutes early to my appt they will even bring me in early. Online scheduling and results. Very happy.”

Every time we have been pleasantly greeted and treated buy their staff. From an illness, to a broken toe, to a cut or bug bite, all the doctors, nurses, techs, CNA's and receptionists are very good at what they do! So reassuring to have you there in an emergency or for routine care! Thanks Again, Barb & Glenn DePuy”
“Was in between doctors looking for a primary care. Found this office and it has been amazing to me. I have a very hectic work schedule but they were able to help work me in and tend to what i needed. Dr. Johnson is a great guy and was understanding and very knowledgeable about everything we discussed. It says for new patients to arrive 30 minutes early but i was barely able to get there 5 minutes early and they still seen me and helped me out.”

“The Reception Group is always welcoming, helpful and efficient which is the best way to begin a Physicians Visit. Never a long wait to be called back to see the PA and Physician. I always know that Dr. Hatchell has reviewed results from previous visits because he always mentions my results i.e. A1C, Blood Pressure and other topics we have discussed. He allows me the time to mention any questions/concerns I have and addresses each. Blood Work Group knows how to "get what they need" without me even feeling the needles--now that's a true talent! From beginning to end of my appointment I feel I receive personal attention and leave without any doubts/concerns.”
