Was having a package delivered from this hub location in Fort Mill, SC. Got a notification that it was delivered, as soon as I received the notification I went to look for the package. Package wasn’t there even looked at my neighbors house. So I called and made a complain, supervisor Brenda said she would contact the driver to see where the package was dropped off. Received a call from the driver who said he dropped the package off at 7505 which isn’t my address 7509 is. Driver stated he would go back and retrieve the package to bring to me. Never happened, so I called and got the same supervisor Brenda who said I would need to contact the supplier and advise my package was miss delivered. I asked why should I have to do all the leg work. I said I reported it missing as soon as I got the notification. Your driver said he put it at the wrong address but now it’s up to me to correct your mistake. What a joke of a company I bet if it was their package they wouldn’t hesitate to find it. Needless to say FedEx has lost a customer I will do all my shopping with UPS from now on.

This was the only one of three different FedEx locations that actually answered the phone, answered my question, and made the return of a large, heavy rolled up carpet a lot easier than I thought it would be, especially after seeing some of the other reviews. I had good service, no problems.

This Fedex place the worst delivery option. I have ordered and sent things thru other companies that work 100 times better. I was suppose to receive a package on friday and they said first that the package did not have a correct address I call them and they "fix" the address, two days later the package is still with them and they continue saying that the address is wrong. I wold never take this option again. To make this process impossible they do not have customer service in place and you are not able to pick up the package. One star is too much for this place

If I could give this place and driver a negative 99 then I would! Shipment was originally scheduled for delivery yesterday which never arrived then today I received notification that no one was home to accept the package. First of all it didn’t require a signature, secondly I was home all day and last but not least the driver flew through our development and never stopped at my residence. I have an almost $400 package that better be at my residence by Monday before I get home from work.

I am totally disgustedWith FedEx. I waited all day for a package. I received a text message saying that they attempted to deliver the package at 3:18 this afternoon which was a lie because I was outside from 2:30 until 4:00 and FedEx never entered the property to deliver my package this is totally unacceptable and shabby business for a company that's supposed to be so highly recognized!

Legit ordered brakes for my car in December, a week before Christmas. It is now January 13. FedEx won’t leave my package by my mailbox because I have dogs.. dogs have invisible fence and WILL NOT go past their fence line. I have called multiple times.. even told FedEx rep to make a note that it’s okay to leave the package at the mailbox.. at this point, I’m very frustrated.. the car parts came from Dallas, TX.. at this point, I could have drove out there and picked them up my damn self. Do NOT USE FEDEX.

The worst Fedex location ever! Do not inform you of the delivery or and the reason for rescheduling (twice).I have called the CS to inquire of the rescheduling reason and apparently it was due to the severe package damage. Instead of informing me, they took it back to the office and attempted to tape it .Also, they constantly throw packages on the driveway regardless of rain or shine.

Kept delaying my package and falsely reporting me requesting a new delivery date. My package was suppose to arrive on August 31. Everyday from that day it was delayed and scheduled for the next day. I called customer service probably ten times, if not more...being left with no resolution to my issue and no legit answer to why my package kept getting delayed. Finally the package was delivered on 9/6, with no update of FedEx's website stating it was delivered, no photo of the delivery(probably because the box was opened and damaged). The package is still showing delayed. Multiple people at this facility are not doing their jobs. The drivers are being deceitful and their bosses clearly aren't in touch with what their employees are doing, nor anyone is being held accountable for their poor performance and behavior. Ship UPS... avoid this location.

If I could give zero stars to comment, I would. The driver wearing nothing but the yellow reflector vest who delivered my first package last week I watched him Frisbee my package from 20 ft away, then my package was supposed to come Saturday, said was out for delivery today. I waited here all day with front door open and he never came. Then got message saying delivery attempt made at 8pm tonight while I was sitting by the front door(outright blatant lie) and somehow my package arrived back at this garbage location of a distribution center, which is an hour drive, somehow in 30 minutes. Such a trash Company..AVOID AT ALL COSTS... LITERALLY!!!

Twice now in the past month I’ve received text that package was out for delivery that day At the end of the day I get a text saying delivery delayed . Well it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday . It was my cat and dog food and now I won’t get it until Monday ( if I’m lucky ) so I’ve got to go to store and buy food for them today.
