DO NOT COME HERE! FRONT OFFICE COMPLAINT! Mocks customer!
The guy at the front desk was not friendly at all. I came in today, July 28, 2024 (Sunday) at 12:30 PM with a problem concerning my car, explaining that it appeared to have a clogged condensation pump. I was very warm when I told the guy about my concern because I had a good start to the week, but that changed quickly when the guy mocked me with a fake, sarcastic smile. He remarked, "So you said you have a clogged condensation pump and you make it sound so simple! It will take 10hrs for us to service you". He was absolutely faking it… He had a straight smile looking at me as if I made the problem sound so simple!
What part of me coming to your store with a warm smile says I make it sound simple? Does he want me to come in looking furious?
I told him “You don’t have to smile at me like that” (obviously it was really fake) and then I immediately turned my back because I was so pissed off by his sarcastic smile and his remarks. He then said “Oh sorry” , but it was too late! I was already unsatisfied. Who mocks a customer like that? Why would you do that? WHY WOULD YOU MOCK YOUR CUSTOMER?! Was it because I am a woman of color?!
I called the customer hotline to report this and the woman named Gail who handled the call was so KIND. She was kind enough to make me feel better. Well, thank God for her! Gail from the hotline was full of empathy unlike the guy from the store who was so unprofessional and made me feel like an idiot!
The guy could have mentioned that they could check my car out before saying it needed replacement! My condensation pump only needed to be cleaned out, not replaced! I went to another mechanic instead of this store and they only serviced me for less than 5mins! My condensation pump does not need replacement at all! They only charged me with $18! So much for making it sound simple!
I would never recommend this branch to others! A reminder: The best marketing tool is still word of mouth coming from your customer service.

I’ve been a customer of Firestone Complete Auto Care for a while now, but my experiences have become increasingly frustrating and unpredictable. The quality of their service seems to vary significantly depending on the day and the crew working.
More often than not, it’s been a miss lately. On several occasions, I’ve left their shop with new issues that I didn’t have before bringing my car in. It’s incredibly disappointing to pay for repairs only to find out they’ve caused additional damage that I end up having to fix somewhere else.
The staff appear to be inexperienced and overwhelmed, leading to unnecessary delays and mistakes. It’s clear that the level of training and expertise varies widely among the team members.
Unfortunately, due to these repeated negative experiences, I can’t recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care. If you’re looking for consistent, reliable service, it might be best to look elsewhere.

We had a 2pm appt to get a free alignment check and 2 hours later we (my son Caleb) is still at the store, I called the store earlier and was put on hold for 5 minutes so I hung up, horrible service!! You owners are millionaires in your corporate office and you can't even run an efficient store, what a mess!!

Amanda and her staff are amazing. Set my appointment up the day before. Scheduled for about an hour. By the time I got back from lunch the car was done. The technician (Travis) parked my car right in front and everything was checked over and there were no issues. So happy to have a great team always provide great service.

Made an appt online. Had a tire plugged. In n out in 35 mins. The manager was training a day 1 staff member on being polite and courteous, which is how I'm treated anytime I go in there.
