Young female salesperson gave me everything I didn't ask for. I was adding a line and ended up with a huge bill with added insurance. Commission must have been her motivator. Thankfully, the customer service rep we called from My Metro was the complete opposite and fixed all her mistakes.

Marc at the fortmill store is an excellent person,he helps us with all our needs explained everything about phones and plans,very professional, very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this place.

After moving to the area, we decided to change carriers. Our old carrier there was always issues. So far, so good with reception. We live out in the boonies, and I have had no issues.

Horrible customer service sales representative in store was very rude and told me and my wife we would have to wait until she finished her lunch along with when you walk in the store the smell of marijuana is overwhelming and you don’t want to breath when we walked out of the store we had the smell of it all over our clothes it was so strong
