Horrible customer service sales representative in store was very rude and told me and my wife we would have to wait until she finished her lunch along with when you walk in the store the smell of marijuana is overwhelming and you don’t want to breath when we walked out of the store we had the smell of it all over our clothes it was so strong

The lady was rude and before I could tell her my entire situation she just kept telling me to call 611 which I already did and they asked I go to the store all while she was on a personal call!

Went to this Metro store to turn my phone on and ended up getting a brand new phone instead. The owner, KP was very helpful with the whole transaction and everything. Very cool vibe and great customer service.

I was working locally and have no clue where I am and I needed urgent help with my new phone not working. I arrive and the lights are off and no one is here. Its not even 5pm sign says they close at 7. I'm having to use Walmart's wifi to download map to the next store. Thanks
