This location used to have really skilled nurses a few years ago, but definitely not the new nurses here, unless the policy or protocol have gone worse. My 9yo daughter and I had 2 separate visits pretty much right before Christmas. I am not a doctor nor a nurse, but I know well about my own children and my own body. I can tell if we have bacterial or viral infections. My daughter had mild fever, red eyes with discharge, dry congestion in the nose, and low level of energy. She was told to have flu or covid but then got negative to both of the tests. Then the nurse said to soon to conclude bacterial infection, so no antibiotics prescribed. Wait 7-10 days to come back if she didn’t get better ( like come back for free ?). The result was I had to take her to ER a few days after on a Sunday evening, to have antibiotics! But OK I gave this place another chance when I came back for myself 10 days or so after my daughter’s visit. I had a really sore throat that was not scratchy sore in cold or flu or covid, but it was swollen sore but not the same as strep (strep sore throat stinks and whites), so I know it was due to some bacterial infection but not strep. I also had mild fever, low energy (weakness feeling only in bacterial infection, not viral infection), ear pressure. The 1st nurse said my tonsil was really swollen and I had liquid in my ears, then transferred me to the 2nd nurse who tested me for strep and I was negative to it. The said I must have had covid, then tested for it, and negative as well. Then I asked her if strep was the only bacterium that could cause sore swollen throat and she said NO. Some other bacteria can do too. But she just made it cut and dry that she wouldn’t prescribe me antibiotics, come back in a week if I didn’t get better (again, for free?). I got disappointed with this place. Btw I gave birth to my 2 children raw, no epidemic nor any pain medication, so you know my pain tolerance level. I wouldn’t make it big deal if it were just a viral sorethroat. I thought about seeing my REAL doctor the day after, and if he gave me antibiotics, I would dispute with this clinic; but I felt too sick to leave home. So I just took 7 days antibiotics available at my home to cure myself, and I got better of course.

Had the flu and went early in the morning. The doctor told me they weren't doing walk-ins when they arrived, then spoke to a lady who was sitting next to me who was also a walk in. Guess what?! Now she's doing walk-ins. Totally felt discriminated against. After helping the lady she took me in she acted like I was wasting her time, got frustrated at me, told me she had appointments and sent me back into an empty waiting room. All of this while I am sick with the flu. I paid $240 and was in the office maybe 15-20 minutes. I got my medicine and it helped but I did not feel like the doctor had any sympathy for my condition and was going to refuse me service with an empty waiting room while I'm sick

I do not mind waiting, but stop pushing Claritin and Zyrtec for symptoms that clearly need antibiotics. I returned to work and surely got other people sick. I'm not happy with Minute Climic and may stop going all together. P.S. stops pushing the Covid vaccines, too.

I made an appointment online with MinuteClinic a few hours before my visit. I was give confirmation via text and email and instructed to fill out my insurance, billing and credit card information. I then received a message to proceeded to the clinic 45 minutes ahead of the appointment time to sign. I again received a text and email asking that I not leave the area as my appointment would be soon.15 minutes after my appointment time (45 min after arrival) a practitioner came out questioning my appointment. She said the 2 practitioners on staff were booked and that they were canceling my appointment due to not wanting to overbook their schedules. I was the only person in the waiting room!!! I pleaded my concerns, and voiced that I did not understand how she could override my appointment, as I did nothing incorrect. The practitioner’s repeated response throughout the discussion was, “Take it up with corporate.”This person, untrained in customers care and lacking in empathy, should not be trusted with a position of authority.Shame on Minute Clinic for allowing their brand to be damaged by unschooled employees.

My wife scheduled and confirmed a visit on a Saturday afternoon. Received email confirmations, then successfully checked in at the kiosk. After a 15-minute wait, the nurse practitioner came out and told her that they wouldn't see her. They admitted/agreed that she had scheduled everything correctly, but nonetheless insisted that they wouldn't make time to see her. This was for a simple UTI (with classic symptoms) that would have taken five minutes to prescribe an antibiotic. Not only poor service, but total lack of empathy.

Visited the CVS minute Clinic on 9/11/23 and received the best service from Ms Ashley Williams. We walked in to inquire about vaccinations and she offered my kids the best service ever in a clinic. Keep up to good work Ashley.

I give this location a one star because of the service or lack of. I was stuck in school traffic and foreseen I would be late. I called to which no direct line to communicate to the minute clinic so I was unable to make them aware we would be a few minutes late. We arrived ten minutes late. I explained to them we had tried to call. They wouldn’t take us to be seen. I thought they would at least have a 15 minute grace period. The doctor was rude and unsympathetic. I had brought my sick child. As well as waited in car rider line at school in hour and had a 40 minute drive to this office. I will never go again to this location.

Karen is an amazing provider! She was right on time with my appointment. I will always go to this Minute Clinic now. Try to get the first appointment of the day if you can. This is one of the best Minute Clinics I’ve been to. Thanks so much!
