I bought my usual soft shell chicken tacos. I love that you can get grilled peppers and onions on them. I absolutely love these tacos! Always a hit!

Birria tacos did not have everything they were supposed to on them after the girl explained it to the other worker about five times (this is my third time trying to get this specific order). Queso was watery and basically just queso soup and everything was just thrown in the bag without regard for food

Went there with my girlfriend for lunch we arrived thinking we would have a great day and lunch I went there around 11am had a good lunch time went by and later that night starting throwing up so bad I had to go to the ER with this being the only thing I have eaten today the dr said it was do too good poisoning so watch what you guys eat here they clearly don’t care how well it’s cooked or how long it sits out

I have always loved Moe’s but, this location makes everything way too hot and spicy. Moe’s is a chain restaurant and it should taste the same at every location. This location is the exception. The drive through is also closed so I don’t understand why they advertise that as open.

NEVER go to this Moe’s unless you want to be scammed and gaslit. I ordered $278 catering online on 10/17 and cancelled it 23 minutes later by calling the restaurant (the only way to cancel). I was assured by an employee that they did. I called back the next morning to verify, and they assured me again that it was. I then saw the charge appear on my credit card statement a week or so later, so I called them. The manager was in a meeting, and I was told she’d call me back. I didn’t hear back, so I had to call again 6 times over the course of about 2 weeks, when I finally got even the name of the general manager, Karina Barajas, and her number. She then told me that there is no way to cancel orders at the restaurant... really? Because how else are they cancelled? And why was I told multiple times by the staff that it was? And why does Moe’s corporate policy say you’re able to do this? I cancelled before the 24-hour mark as well, and corporate policy states you may only face some fees if it’s within that time window. She basically gaslit me into accepting that there’s probably nothing the store can do to resolve this- she was also supposed to get back to me about it and she never did now 8 days later, after I have called the store back and emailed her twice more. I had also sent her the screenshots of all the calls I have made to the store, as requested. I heard from another Moe’s in the area that this location is known for being terrible, and they are correct. I have been to many stores, restaurants, and ordered catering many times, and I have truly never experienced as poor of customer service as this ANYWHERE. Believe the other horrible reviews- they’re horrible for a reason. I hope the Jennings/Jenten Group who owns this are out of business soon. It would be karma for their shady, unethical practices.

I'm not much of fast food person but I've now been to this place 3 times because it's so good (and just hits the spot). I always get one soft adobo chicken taco and the chicken has always been so juicy. The toppings, like fresh jalapeño, are so incredibly fresh it's surprising. The complimentary salsa bar is impressive. On top of it all, the workers are kind and efficient. Plus the space itself has always been tidy in my experience. Well done for making me a believer.

this is the only Moes location I’ve ever had a bad experience with, multiple bad experiences here actually. First, they fill the burritos up maybe 40%, leaving a flat burrito with around 8 pieces of meat inside. I thought it was a one off issue and returned a few months later, only for this to happen again. I then went to the cash register ready to pay bc I was so hungry i just needed SOMETHING, ya know? anyway, I presented my coupon I had activated 20 seconds prior for the man at the register to instruct me to go back and reload it. I was skeptical but did it anyway. OF COURSE the coupon (10 dollar reward) then is not available again on the same day. He smugly pulled up the entire total and refused to reduce it by 10, though i reminded him the coupon wasn’t available only bc of his ill instructions. After his refusal, I just walked away from the register bc I was not going to pay full price for a subpar burrito. Terrible customer service and staffing. Moes needs to reconsider their requirements for people opening stores under their brand. This place is obviously not under the central operations. Terrible.

I've never had a worse experience at a restaurant than I've had at this location. My wife and I got burrito bowls and were given less than half a scoop of whatever we asked for. The bowl wasn't even halfway filled up and when I asked the employees about it they just ignored me and pushed me down to the next person. I asked the guy at the register why our food was so little and he just ignored what I said and told me how much our food costed.

Best customer service. Food was amazing and you can tell the employees work as a team and enjoy showing customers they are valuable.
