The onsite manager, Melissa was extremely helpful and a delightful person. She described the entire process in a very clear and detailed manner. She explained how the movers should proceed when they arrived with my household goods so there was a complete understanding. Well done Melissa.

I was never offered a truck to use for my move in I didn't no they had one to offer anywho I like my storage unit and I like I can get into 24hrs a day I don't like how morning star tries to charge my card every two weeks for something Ive already paid in full for the whole month. Stop it please and thank you.

Staff has always been polite and helpful. The facility is well maintained, always clean. I have been a customer since 2017 and would recommend them to anyone needing a climate control storage unit.

It has been an excellent experience working with the on-site team at Morningstar Storage even though I'm several states away. They have been more than accommodating and quite cordial and professional throughout.

The facility is clean (even the bathrooms), the aisles are well lit, and there's a dumpster on site if you need to get rid of stuff. The unit itself is not well lit (unless there's a switch I missed). The 24/7 access is also a nice perk!

As a storage facility, it is about the same as any other. But the differentiator is the Property Manager, Melissa. It is great to find someone who is professional, friendly, and really cares about her customers. The energy company had a power outage going on when I showed up to move in. The situation was out of Melissa's control, but she did everything she could do to make a difficult situation go as smooth as possible. Give Melissa a raise!!

I was in need of a storage unit for a long distance move. I used Morningstar of Indian Land based on a recommendation from a friend and I’m so glad I did. I worked with both Nickie and Melissa. They provided amazing customer service and were very friendly and helpful. The facility is very well-maintained - safe and secure and neat and clean. Five stars and two thumbs up!

Love Melissa!!! This place is awesome! JUST CHOOSE THIS PLACE!!! Even if it's out of your way. She and her staff are dependable and always VERY kind. I have used them twice now over a two year period of time.

We needed a quick storage unit for a move due to construction delays. Called Morningstar in Indian land to see about availability.I got to speak to Melissa and what a joy it was. She was so kind and extremely professional. Asked questions to see what my needs were and what storage was best for us. Set up was extremely easy.Had a curveball thrown as we realized the day of the move, the original unit would not be big enough. I called and asked her if they had maybe a bigger unit. Without hesitation she told me they did and accommodated us on a last min notice and made what could have been a stressful situation, a breeze.Great customer service, clean facility. Very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend to anyone
