Rachel the manager at Carowinds location simply rocks! So did her assistant when I first stopped in to check out the site. Personable, engaging, and even loaned me a truck for an hour or two to bring my stuff in. Great people, great experience.

They have raised my rate every year for the past 3 years. I'm paying $83 for a 5x10 and it started off at $51. Now they charge a 2% convenience fee for using your credit card. Any excuse to raise rates.
