Avoid this location/place. I was looking forward to this appointment for new eyeglasses but unfortunately that didn’t happen. Even if you booked the appointment and confirmed it through the link via text, they will move your appointment into overflow and you won’t be seen until you reschedule and confirm via phone call. The lady at the front desk was rude as well. Her demeanor had no warm welcoming at all either. My whole family will not be going here again. It shouldn’t be the customers fault for not being seen bc their computer system is jacked up and can’t function properly.

Dr. Kathleen Evans was super sweet, kind, and friendly and gets 5⭐️, along with the other staff. However, the coordinator, Kisha, who was supposed to help pick out frames and go over pricing, was extremely rude and seemed rather bothered. She wasn't friendly or informative at all. When I asked 1 of my two questions, she was rude and dismissive. So much so that I simply asked for the prescription to get them filled elsewhere. I never could understand people who are rude and not friendly, especially when you have to interact with others. Get out of the “customer service” industry if you can't be kind to people regularly. Please remember, being nice and kind is free and can go a long way! It's a simple behavior I teach my two younger kids that so many seem to overlook.

This isn't a reflection on Dr Evans. She's a wonderful eye doctor. Unfortunately she works for an incompetent group of folks at the MyeyeDr location in Fort Mill. After booking an appointment and confirming it as a long time client to this location, they still felt the need to call me everyday for a week while I was out of the country leading up to my appointment and then ultimately canceled it which I took an earlier flight home to get to. When I called there was no apology And she actually hung up on me.. I guess I will be finding a new eye doctor unfortunately.

Absolutely a wonderful Eye doctor. Eye care for me is EXTREMELY important due to medical reasons. And I have had the same medical issue going on for almost a year now, and they are beyond friendly, caring, and helpful in every way. Even going above and beyond to have my most recent appointment be a follow up since it was the same issue I was back for. You won’t find better care nor should you look, you’re in good hands!

This has been the worst experience from the time I called to make my appointment. The staff was unprofessional and rude, except for one woman in the front eyeglass desk. Dr. Evans is also unprofessional and doesn’t listen during the exam. I did not feel comfortable at any time; it felt as though I was in the way when asking questions. There was no follow up when my prescriptions were in like stated. When I got there at 4:50 the door was locked. They don’t close until 5:00 and they refused to open the door to pick up my contacts or even answer the phone. Go to the one Rock Hill or Charlotte. Don’t waste your time!

This place is backwards. They told me to call back before 530pm to confirm my appointment. I call back at 505pm just to be told my appointment was canceled. After they tried to place me on a hold. Saying the computer confirmation doesn't work. I work at nights. This is very frustrating. The Dr. is nice but her team is terrible. I will be finding another provider. This place is trash. Until the trash at the front desk is fired, I will be at Carolina Family Eyecare.

I called the Fort Mill location today to inquire about new frames. Before I took the drive to South Carolina I wanted to ensure this location had the frames I was looking for.Zan was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and answered all my questions. Good customer service is scarce post Covid.Thanks Zan for representing the My Eye Dr Company well!

Was told that my Glasses would come in one to two weeks now I’ve been told maybe by the end of the week but it showing that I will not be in till the end of the month will never buy from this company again they are uncertain of when you will get your glasses. This will be six weeks out on acceptable would not recommend going there.

The Dr I dealt with was very nice, it was the lady at the outside desk that could not have been more rude or snotty. I'm going back to Rock Hill, even though those office is 5 minutes away!! No thanks

I called to get a copy of my script and was not able to get it. They stated the Dr. never finished it so they can't pull it up... My exam was almost a year ago how has this not been completed!! Oh and I was told the Dr. is on vacation till July 26... So I am not able to even get this until the Dr. Returns!!! This is unacceptable and to matters worse the Manager Jeff and his employee were extremely rude to me and not willing to offer anything to help me... DO BETTER!!!

Had eye trauma and as seen at another office on the weekend. That OD sent me to the fort mill office for a follow up. 3 hours before appointment on day of follow up, fort mill office calls me and canceled my appointment saying they won't do a follow up since they didn't originally see me. Then said they would only see me as a new medical visit and not a follow up. Manager then hung up on me when I had an issue with this and refused to put me on phone with OD.Horrid healthcare. Staff is rude and don't care about their patients and only care about money. As a doctor in the healthcare field myself, this is one of the worst things you could do to a patient. So I am left scrambling to find a follow up appointment for my eye trauma to make sure nothing is wrong with my eye and vision. There literally isn't anything you could do at this point to make this right. You failed on every account.

My wife and I have had a GREAT experience at the Hwy. 160 location in Fort Mill. Dr. Evans is professional and does a great eye exam. She is also very pleasant and was a joy to work with. We were helped by Madison who assisted us in selecting the perfect pair of glasses and lens features that we needed. Madison is courteous and helpful and she processed our insurance claim quickly and efficiently. The manager at this location, Jeff, helped us several times and he was fantastic. We have nothing but good things to say about this location. We highly recommend My Eye Dr. to others.

Worst customer service from ever experienced by far a from a vision provider. After calling several locations for a appointment before the end of year, I scheduled an appointment MyEyeDr Fort Mill for 12/26/22 only to find that they gave my appointment to someone else! The manager Jeff Mason was not only unprofessional, he yelled and said that I had no right to be upset because "they" called me to confirm but because I wasn't able to answer, they gave the appointment to someone else.If a consumer calls to schedule an appointment, and they don't call to CANCEL the appointment, then how can you rightfully unschedule someone who has taken time off work!!!! The poor reviews are true and word of mouth has made for a horrible reputation for this location. Jeff Mason was extremely arrogant and rude and which is a pretty clear indicator of why this office is unorganized and unprofessional. His offer to reschedule me for a FRIDAY after time has already been taken off is as ridiculous as the favoritism they use when it comes to who they want in their office. Its wrong and its clearly not okay in todays day and time!!!!!

I ordered glasses for my daughter September 3. I was originally told they would be ready in two weeks. It is now December 3rd and we have yet to get her glasses. I called weekly for updates and was continuously told that it’s my insurances fault. On December 1, they called to tell me the glasses were shipped on September 9th and somehow got lost in transit. For 3 months, I have called weekly and not once did anyone from this store try to look deeper into the situation until I reached out to customer relations. Instead of making the situation right by offering a free par of eyeglasses, they offered me a discount while I wait for another pair to be made. This place is a joke. I will never go back and would not suggest anyone go to this store! Their turnover rate is crazy and not one employee knows what is going on. Avoid this location no matter what! Horrible customer service and can’t even keep track of orders!
