Amateur hour. Had an issue. Made multiple requests for follow up. Ivan never followed up. I rarely do reviews and prefer to give 5 star reviews when I do but his lack of professionalism is frustrating and deserving of a one star review.

I don’t like most car washes because they mess up my cars, but I use this car wash for my Wrangler and it is second to none. The customer service is great, they do a great job getting all of the mud off the car before it goes in the wash and my clear coat holds up to it. I can’t speak to all locations, but the one in Fort Mill on 160 is great.

Took my car through a second time because there was some deep set sap on the hood. These guys hand scrubbed with sponges to get it off, even on a busy day. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. I had tree sap on the hood of my car and one of the employees, Carter, went out of his way to help me clean it and ensure satisfaction.

Pretty clean and well run car wash. You get car wash and free use of vacuums to clean your insides. They also provide rags if needed to complete your drying of car and wiping down of interior. Staff always helpful.

I asked to use to bottle of tire shine and was told I was not allowed to use it. Employee was just rude so I didn’t agree just left. Please use any other car wash moving forward
Edit district manager called me and explained new policy and was very nice about it. He did perfect recovery
