Best customer service I've experienced. Alexis is awesome ! She deserve a huge THANK YOU!!! I will only go to this store from now on...they literally have everything you could need!! If you haven't been here before, you DEFINITELY should go...great prices, deals, etc.

Called them (literally) a dozen times.
After many rings, you get a message saying their mailbox was never set up.
So... unhappy or have questions about a purchase, need any kind of support whatsoever? Too bad, go in person or never catch them again.
Such a ridiculous way to make a business impossible to deal with.

BUYER BEWARE!!! this store, sells old, an expired products and repackages them as new. Do not go anywhere near the store. Very rude and uneducated staff as well.

Yeah, no. Dont go here. That blonde girl Katie scammed me out of 70 bucks. Said the register wasnt working right and had me run my card a 2nd time. I showed her twice that my bank account was withdrawn from smokers club. She still denied me a refund. Said it would clear after 2 or 3 days. Dont go here. She looks like she needs that 70 more than me, so enjoy it.

They will scam you. I went in to grab some delta 8 stuff and the blonde girl said their computer glitched when I paid by credit card. Told me I needed to run my card again. So I did. Magically the computer let the second transaction through, but when I got to my car, and checked my bank account, it showed I was charged twice. I went right back and she said the bank would cancel it after 2 days...suprise surprise, I waited 2 days and the charges went through. I've been to this place a few times and bought various things but after that garbage, I'll never go back. Looks like they need that 70 more than me anyway. Dont go here.
