I’ve been a valued customer of sports clips for years and have always loved your services. The issue with sports clips can be (although rare) inconsistency with hair cuts from stylist to stylist and being a customer for years I understand this dynamic. So whenever I find a stylist that does a really good job I always specifically request them. However in my 10 years visiting sports clips I have never experienced what I did at your Stonecrest location in fort mill. I had signed in on the App and picked my stylist Mandee. Everything was great I got to the store and checked in. The app quoted me a time but like your app states it’s an estimation not an appointment. Which is fine. So on my travel someone dropped in front of me and I wasn’t at the store yet so they took the next person. Which is completely fine and understandable. You guys are trying to run a business not satisfy one single individual. Where the experience went south fast was as I am waiting on my appointment a mother with her son shows up, signs in and puts first available. So after waiting about 20 minutes Mandee finished who she was cutting and proceeded to clean up. Afterwards she comes over to the Register skips me and takes the kid. (Mind you there are 2 stylist with empty chairs) which brings me back to my earlier point about inconsistency in hair cuts. Takes him back as I’m looking at the board (your wait list) and couldn’t believe my eyes. Then she looks at me and says I will be with you in a minute. I was blown away. Clearly she knew the people and all of that is fine. I have no problem with anything that happened other than she broke company policy by letting a friend jump the line. She easily could have told her friend what to do to utilize the app to make sure everything was above board. What makes it even worse is she did a great job the time before and I tipped her well above the recommended amount the trip prior. I wish there was a spot for me to upload pictures from the app confirmation, the text messages for confirmation, and pictures of the wait list to support my claim. I usually never complain as I have never had a bad experience with your company in TEN YEARS. I love sports clips. But this by far the most disappointed I’ve ever been. I couldn’t even stay because I was so hurt by what transpired and had to drive to another location. I don’t blame sports clips because the company has no control on how employees operate with ethics but for me this was an all time low. How is anyone else’s time more valuable than mine especially when they didn’t go through the proper channels to secure a spot? Complete privilege to the max and extremely disappointing coming from a company that I’ve come to know, love, and have so much respect for.

Walked in at 2 after checking in, walked out at 2:45 after 3 people went infront of me. Terrible experience, may actually be worst haircut experience I’ve ever had.

Unfortunate experience this time around. The stylist took way too much of the top of my hair after I asked for only a little bit taken off to clean it up. I also asked for a fade from a 0.5 to a 3 and the 0.5 goes nearly to my part. Not at all what I asked for.

First time user, did online check in. Arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment. Asked to step aside for another person . Waited for an hour to work with the stylist . Have seen 9 people gone in and came out while waiting. Finally , asked to go with whoever is available next or come tomorrow. Even after , another walk in was called. Will find out a better saloon who pay little bit more attention to the time and line.

"Ash" is an awesome hair stylest!! I'm am so happy to have found her as she is one of the best around for sure. Also this Sports Clips is ran very well and professional. I'm sure the other hair stylests are good as well, but Ash is awesome and I'm keeping her as my hair stylest for as long as possible....

I always get the best haircuts from this location! They are always packed and the reason is because they take their time to make sure they do a great job! Always worth the wait, and excellent beard trimming/shaping skills!

Great place to get a hair cut for men. Suggest using the on line check in and avoid waiting. Staff is great. They are very busy most weekends so check in early
