I rarely leave bad reviews but if I do it’s because I’ve had bad experiences MULTIPLE TIMES. 1. Ordered iced vanilla latte and they gave me hot. 2. TWICE my iced vanilla latte tasted WHOLE MILK. It doesn’t taste like coffee or vanilla at all. I’m not paying almost $7 for a cup of whole milk. 3. Everytime I go in my coffee is not ready. I always put in my coffee in advance. From my house to this starbucks is a good 10-minute ride and it’s never ready. One time I came in (ordered before I left the house) and the guy just started making it after a few minutes of standing there. He left it in the coffee machine and made several coffees and totally forgot about mine. I was just standing there looking at him make several coffees after mine and hand it to me after standing there for a long time PLUS the time I put the order in. Of course they corrected every mistake but it would be nice to just come in and not deal any of this. We all make mistakes I understand that. That’s why I decided to leave a review cause it’s not one mistake it’s multiple mistakes.

Take long time to get my order 20 minutes I received the drink first and 10 minutes later one of my food and the other one 15 minutes later. They need a ladder in this location to take care of the customer,

This Starbucks is consistently dirty & run down on the inside. I’m not sure if they don’t have enough staff or what, but it needs to be cleaned. Boxes everywhere, the trash cans overflowing, no napkins. When I asked for more napkins because there were none accessible, the barista responded as if annoyed by my asking for napkins. Have been neglected by the staff there on multiple occasions. Customer service not great. The standards of Starbucks have declined greatly over the years unfortunately.

Indian Land SC location.Ordered two regular oatmeal. Got home which is 20 minutes away and there were no toppings- no mixed berries, no brown sugar, no sliced nuts... nothing, just oats. When I called the location, the manager said they had stopped passing out the extras some time ago. What a poor way to save money Starbuck's! Start checking your bags. Oh, I forgot, they stopped handing out napkins too, unless you ask.

Hands down and consistently the slowest Starbucks drive through I have ever been through. I’m not sure what’s going on back there but it always seems to take 5 minutes per car with no apologies or explanations to the wait.

I never come here because they are always out of items and I came here on Christmas Eve I understand they were busy but I have now been here for longer than one hour and I made a comment to the people working nobody got back to me they brushed me off and continued to keep making drink for people who were not there! I am very disappointed and this was unacceptable . I don't recommend coming here at all. I'm very, very, very upset. It was a horrible experience and I never leave reviews like this. I'm being generous posting one star and that's because I'm not blaming the people - perhaps it's management. I just don't think that they cared enough and I don't think that they had enough staff. sidenote, I didn't order a lot of things. I ordered one latte. I was not the only one waiting this long. Everyone was waiting over 30 minutes and I just don't think that's OK but for an hour there was three of us that waited that long if we ask then customer service should help because that is an acceptable for an hour ( mobile pick up) they should help us, and we did not really get that many items one of the girls that I ordered with asked where her drink was and how long it would take patiently And the employee replied with not to be rude, but I need to catch up with orders that's not acceptable and again it could've been an off day but every time I come here there is an off day and againI think there needs to be a change. I don't know whether time management or more staff really could just be the issue, but I don't recommend coming here if you don't want to get frustrated.

I am honestly shocked that this Starbucks is still open… Without fail, you will be waiting for at minimum 15-20 minutes in their drive thru. Staff don’t greet you when you pull up to the window and are too busy socializing with one another to get drinks made efficiently. I’ve often had my drinks made incorrectly as well. I will not be coming here very often.
