I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 PM, but I arrived at 3:25 PM. The new stylist asked me how to cut my hair, and I suggested a mullet style. I showed her a picture from Google for reference. I then called a senior stylist and discussed the cut with her before starting.
However, the new stylist kept cutting my hair in the same place with a trimmer, even though I asked her to blend it properly. This happened four times before I realized that she wasn’t blending it correctly. I told her to ok stop.
In the end, she charged me $24 for the trimmer cut. When I looked at my hair in the mirror, I could see that there was no blending in the edges or where the bread joins. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon, and I don’t want to go back I don’t want to give it a one-star rating either. Unfortunately, Google doesn’t allow me to do that.

So let’s talk about the racism that I experienced being at this location. I am typically a very laid-back person and I am very patient when it comes down to getting services because I understand that if I’m in need of service, I need to be patient to obtain that service. I waited for almost 20 minutes with no service. I was told to sign in. I did that, and instead of telling me that they weren’t comfortable with cutting a person of color’s hair they just did not service me. I watched a white lady come in after me who was sitting and never signed in, they went up to her, had her to sign in and then serviced her. The stylist looked at me and then said will be right with you with no intention of getting to me. When I said, I would go somewhere else instead of apologizing, she said OK. I am literally sitting in my car crying because only thing I wanted was to get my haircut. I have never experienced this kind of racism before just to get a haircut. I have gone to plenty of Supercuts before and there’s never been a time that nobody has refused to service me until today.

An exonomical place for a haircut - the hairdressers are kind, efficient and the prices are awesome for great haircuts. My son also gets to practice his conversational skills every time we go there - he keeps them talking!

They got my daughter in quickly and did a great job with her curly hair! I was nervous about them cutting too much off but her hair stylist did a wonderful job. We will be back!
