I DROPPED OFF A PACKAGE WITH THE MAN THAT IS ALWAYS BEHIND THE COUNTER SCANNING IN PACKAGES IN GOOD FAITH THAT AS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT HE WOULD DO HIS DUE DILIGENCE AND MAKE SURE HE SCANNED IT IN AND DID HIS JOB. THAT DIDNT HAPPEN. NOW IT LOOKS LIKE I NEVER BROUGHT THE PACKAGE THERE AND LOST $2000. IM NOW LEARNING THEY DONT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES WHICH IS CRAZY BECAUSE WHEN I APPROACHED THE OLD MAN BEHIND THE COUNTER IN THE BACK OF THE STORE AS HE WAS SCANNING IN THE MANY PACKAGES ON THE TABLE IF I COULD DROP OFF MY INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE THERE AND HE SAID YES, YOU CAN! MY NAIVE SELF DIDNT GET A RECEIPT ASSUMING HE WOULD DO HIS JOB. NEVERTHELESS MY PACKAGE HASNT MOVED. THERE WAS NEVER A SCAN AT ALL. I TOLD THEM TO CHECK THE CAMERAS FOR TUESDAY JANUARY 23 AT 4:50PM AND THEY WILL SEE ME BRIEFLY SPEAKING WITH HIM AND LEAVING THE PACKAGE. AND THAT IS WHEN THEY STARTED IGNORING US. THIS IS $2000 ON THE LINE AND I FEEL THEY DONT WANT TO CHECK CAMERAS BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE GOING TO UNCOVER SOMETHING MUCH MORE SINISTER IF THEY LOOK AT THOSE CAMERAS AND FOLLOW MY PACKAGE AND WHAT HAPPENED TO IT.

Hi ?there ur Postal Rte? user here...I have been with this company 2010/11 AMAZING place.. my 26yr old will come ?from uptown CLT to get candy & mail important items they track everything u send out.. USPS is send out notices last year not to mail gift cards, or checks SMH..A TIP AFTER THE HOLIDAYS get new ATM cards... U can't be too careful..Postal Route ? keep up the good work !! ?

If I need to ship anything, the only place I go is Postal Route! Every time I go there they make it a breeze. From simply sending a flat rate mailer or telling me the most affordable way to send it their staff is the best. I’m always happy when I get Amber’s window, she is so good at what she does!

This place is truly impressive! We’ve traveled the country and have never found anything quite like it. There are so many services offered here in a delightful gift-shop setting. It’s very inviting and the staff is so kind and professional. Truly disregard any negative reviews because some people don’t know the blessings they have right in their own backyard! I’d travel long distances to experience and receive the quality of customer care this place provides over many shameful USPS locations. We can’t recommend this place enough! Well done to the owner who obviously values customers!

This company is an example of how USPS should work. They are very friendly, positive environment. I sent an international package. It reached with in time, less price, proper foreign postal connections, good tracking. This is our goto place for international and domestic posts, notary.

Nice people are working here. Very positive attitude and happy. This is not a regular post office, the place is very decorated and looks like a museum.Services include public notary.

The staff is very lazy and do not care. They lose mail that was put into the mail drop box consistently. I have a certified package sent from them that got lost. I went several times to ask them for a status update and the owner looked at me and said not his problem. He told me that I needed to look up the local post office in Florida and ask them. I asked him isn't that his job and thats why I paid extra for his service. He replied not his job to help look for lost packages that was sent from his store. They are the only ones in the area so they do not have any real competition so basically be aware that they will lose mail, packages, and not care. Horrible owner and lazy staff
