“I just love these guys. They do a great job helping as many animals as they can. Everyone should donate and I hate to say it. It’s better to donate here than at Goodwill. Goodwill makes money off of your donations and pays their corporate executives.”
“I bought a curio cabinet that was marked down from $200 to $80 is in great shape, has the curved glass with wood shelves. Gentleman even helped me load in my car.”
“The staff is very professional they have great Christian music in their I love how they help the homeless and like people with disabilities and other people I love going to the store because I like to get back and help people that really need the help and appreciate and I will continue to come back God bless you”
“So glad I found this thrift store while staying in Pineville! Im not sure if they still do this, but a year or two ago they had a HUGE $1 sale during the winter - you had to sort through bins and the line to checkout was SO LONG but the deals were worth it”
“Today I had the Best Experience. I came in and Found some amazing items but overall I found what I had been looking for on Amazon for so much cheaper, a Dog cage. This was the best feeling in the world to save money and help the community. I had trouble getting it home and One of the Helpful workers delivered it to my house for free which k don’t think they do FYI but he still helped me out tremendously with that helping gesture. Thank you guys again I will forever shop with them, very worth the hunt and Looks. Britney ?”
“Absolutely lovely store. All of the ladies were very friendly. The men’s section was small but had everything I was looking for. They even had half off all of my items because it was Thursday. Looking forward to to my next shopping trip.”
“Honestly I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews here. I absolutely love this place, the ladies working here are always very kind to me and I find so many antiques and cool items for a good price. I always prefer shopping here to goodwill due to the fact that tender hearts prices their items like a thrift store should, instead of how greedy goodwill has become. I definitely recommend you give this place a try before reading the bad reviews and marking it off of your thrift store list!!”
“Just bought a leather chair for a great price . And Brad the employee took it out to our car and we weren't sure if it fit but he went inside the store and got a strap so it would stay until we got home . Very good customer sevice . I will be back to buy flooring for my sunroom. Keep up the great Great customer Service ! Will be back for sire.”
“If you love vintage and lovely furniture, pottery, etc, this is s really good spot, they have lovely pieces! I get some beautiful items for a really good price. The staff is super kind and friendly ladies.”

“Not a lot of stuff to choose from, prices are different depending on what you looking for.
There are some cute accessories for occasions like Easter that was cute. My recommendation if you holiday decor hunting check their locations, you can find decent things for cheap.”
“We dropped off some household goods here today. They were very friendly and helpful. I appreciate our donated items being cared for and given a chance to be used again.”
“I had a great first experience here after being referred to come. I went home with great finds! Aside from the small area for fitting rooms, the store, itself, is spacious.
Parrish was so helpful and personable. I will definitely be back.”
“This Goodwill has some good finds, especially if you're a female with small feet. They car items to clean a vehicle, general home stuff, nice book section, and clean bathroom.”

“Sometimes there are some great finds but the pricing lately has been CRAZY! $45 for a framed photo. $20 for an old Halloween decoration. Volunteers are very friendly but what is going on with the prices?”
“Re Drop-Off services:
They SAVED me this month! Needed to quickly move a relative from a large house (25 years there) to a small house. I had great stuff and not so great stuff. They pleasantly accepted everything I brought to them. They were my blessing as my packed car arrived every day for weeks! Wish I could name them but their smiling faces are vivid in my grateful heart. Thank you!”
“I’m leaving this review specifically because of two young guys (probably in their 20s) who helped me today. I didn’t catch their names, but they made my first-ever visit to a regular Goodwill store such a great experience (I usually shop the bins). They were hardworking, super helpful, and had a great attitude the whole time. The store was also really clean and well kept. I’ll definitely be back because of them. I buy in bulk multiple times a week, and I really hope these two get recognized and praised.”
“I enjoy coming here each and every time I come to visit from Rochester NY, I enjoy the politeness, the friendly people, and the variety of shoes and clothing. The smiles keeps me coming back every time.”
“I don't frequent this location often as it's not close to me. I'm not a sneaker head, but I needed orange for an event. After searching high & low, online and in person, I found shoes that would work. The price was decent for what these Lebron's could go for. They also came with the original box. Would definitely return when I'm in the area.”
“Everyone should bring their old stuff. One person's tossaway. Is an other person's treasure. Easy to donate, in and out.But after you donate, park and go in side. You may find a lost treasure from your life”
