“I was in Rock Hill for something else & saw a thrift store I hadn't noticed before. I LOVE thrifting, so I had to check it out. Different tag colors have different prices. I wasn't looking for anything in particular, but ended up finding some good pieces, like vintage hat pins, a wine chiller, and some vintage jewelry. I had a good laugh seing the basket of wigs & hair; they really do have something for everyone. The lady behind the counter was eager to help when I had questions about things in the jewelry case. Looking forward to returning.”

“This store is always neat and clean and well organized. Prices are good on some items, high on others. Things like books, CDs, clothing are very cheap. Saturday hours are VERY short (3 hours). The store is not junky and rotates inventory. Downside can be the ladies at the desk who won't let you walk in with a bottle of water.”

“This has to be my all time favorite thrift stores ever. I've gotten most of my favorite clothes, shoes, accessories, and even furniture from here. it's quite big and organized very well. I've been coming here for a couple years now and i never leave empty handed. all the staff are quick and very friendly. the parking is definitely a little cramped ngl, but I don't think that's a huge downside. just something I've noticed. amazing place! highly recommend”

I go here a lot and the lady putting things out is usually in a bad mood but not to this level. If you have cameras watch them 7/30 @2pm ish. I gave 4 stars because it's a nice store and everyone else tends to be pleasant. Not fair to judge the entire store from on person.”

“Great store with lots of cool things, butttt there was a great shortage of shopping carts so if you wanted to walk around carrying everything it really limited what and how much you could carry, was disappointed because I would have liked to have shopped longer and also I had to pass on a few larger things that I would have liked to have bought. Hopefully the store will be getting shopping carts as I would love to do more shopping there”

“Re Drop-Off services: They SAVED me this month! Needed to quickly move a relative from a large house (25 years there) to a small house. I had great stuff and not so great stuff. They pleasantly accepted everything I brought to them. They were my blessing as my packed car arrived every day for weeks! “We travel around and visiting Goodwill has become part of our vacations. This location is not bad. Visually, I love that they arrange things by colour. It's a nice touch. Unfortunately, they don't have change rooms so, it's purchase first, return for store credit if it doesn't fit. I feel the staff didn't do a good job explaining the return policy to me. I didn't know it was tied to that store. Since I don't live nearby, I ended up doing an exchange and spent a bit more, which is fine. I've never returned to any Goodwill in the past since they all had change rooms. I didn't experience what everyone is saying about the staff. I thought they were all very polite, helpful, and laid back. Selection was massive and store was consistently busy. Overall, positive experiences.”

“Kelsey the store manager walked up towards me as I was waiting in line & she was clocked out from her work shift. Going above and beyond she was so polite to while asking did I have a question ⁉. She gave me the answers to my two questions. Instead of bringing in my two pair of UGG platforms with sheepskin (just in case I was told no) I showed her photos. Not only did she give me excellent advice she also help me sell my LOCS navy blue framed sunshades. I highly recommend this location for the customer service plus the store appearance.”
