The self kiosk is a good addition to the store.

Today is the 4th time I have been to this location in the past week for various reasons. Each time it is as if the employees do not want to be there or be of assistance. Rude, dismissive and condescending communication.

Today I had to pick up a very important document before a meeting with a client. I called ahead to speak to the representative to get the email address and make sure everything is was ready. Informed them of the need that I was in. I forward the email arrive at the store location. I’m not greeted. I have to speak to them. Staff is rude. I finally ask what’s taking so long. They tell me that the printer has to heat up. I told them completely. OK I will go to another store. Come back seven minutes later when I return I am told that the printer is not going to work just like every other day
I am completely understanding of technological issues or things we can’t control. But I called and spoke to the representative beforehand was not a form nor did they try to test the technology to tell me they knew I was on the way in and then still waited till the last minute to tell me, it’s like every other day….
When I asked why I wasn’t informed when I called in the lady at the front rudely replied it’s just one of those things…
I understand if you don’t value or care about your job and it may just be a printer to you but UPS is valued customers. This is a priority for our business and it has impact of my business luckily for me the FedEx Kinko’s a mile down the road was ready to help me !!! I will never return to UPS again

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD I EVER USE THIS LOCATION!! THEY DEFRAUD THE ELDERLY!! My mother went to USPS to overnight a document to me so I could expedite receiving my Passport. USPS told her they could only do second day delivery (@ a cost of $27.20). Wanting it sent overnight, my mother instead came to this location, specifically requesting it overnight through UPS and was told the cost would be $52.55. Thinking she was getting the overnight thru UPS she paid the extra cost. I waited all the next day, it never arrived and tracking number wouldn't track. I called the next morning looking for clarity on tracking only to discover this vendor had done the ole' switcheroo and had actually sent the package thru USPS instead ( exactly what my mom told them wasn't going to work & @ almost double the rate @ $52.55, an entire $25.35 more than had my mom just sent it thru USPS in the first place. What makes this so egregious was the fact the clerk had been told she just came from the post office. My Mom went into the vendor location to complain about the up charge and how she was defrauded and the franchise owner told her she signed and he refused to give her a refund for the difference. As stated before she explained to the clerk she needed it overnight thru UPS and having given that information to the clerk thought she was signing for that specific service. Had the clerk told her that she was sending it USPS instead and the package will still take 2 days she would have left and went back to the post office at a fraction of the cost. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRAUD!!

Apparently I didn’t listen to my wife when she said go to usps and I went to ups. But the gentleman helped me label the box and insert the packing slip and let me know it’s usps. They are always helpful here

This Indian guy stands there and acts like he is very high tech. He wants you scan your package, do everything your own. He just wants to collect commissions from Amazon.

I came to notarize a importan letter at 3.03 in Sunday it said they closed at 3.30 and she tell me they not notarize anything after 3 cuz they are putting everything up to close.. they should close then at 3pm they can accept package but can not notarized a paper that takes less then 2 min to do it I ask her nice if she can Do it. Cuz it was a important paper that has to be done that day and she said it does not matter it took longer for her to said not she could do it in that time she was rejecting me.
That old lady was not nice at all she was ready to go home and will not help me even when they close at 3.30 bad customer service

These people are the worst. Very unfriendly and non helpful. If you’re going to work with Amazon then maybe you should work on specifics. I put the item I am returning in a box that would ship just fine. Refused to except it. They want you to buy their products.
