One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had the store manager Christine is extremely patient and sweet and caring went above and beyond to help us even though she was busy we waited patiently for our boxes to be packed to be by her self she was on point deserves a raise also the A4 print job I was reading that is a European measurement so your staff did an amazing job as that would not be their fault also I didn't think it was your employee job to fix a internal issue with the printer I was there this day as well and she was very nasty and rude to the employee who was trying to help her and it was not the store manager. Your employees have always shown professionalism. People need to understand that we do the American standard of measures not European that it should be stated when they come in and not harass the staff for not knowing another countries measures

Very disappointing experience with this UPS Store. I submitted a simple A4 print job for my small business, but when I first went in, their printer wasn’t working. An employee told me to come back once it was fixed and said they’d call me. Later, they called to say the job was ready, so I had my dad (who lives nearby) pick it up for me.
The prints were placed in an envelope (not sealed), but unfortunately missed to check them before leaving thinking it was correct. Once he got home, I realized the dimensions were completely off and some copies didn’t print as attached in the email, even though I had sent the correct file with right dimensions.
I called the store right away, but the manager, Christine, didn’t try to understand the situation. She implied it was my fault and said I’d have to pay again if I wanted them reprinted. Instead of helping, she told me to take it up with the owner, Renji and took my information, but gave no contact info or timeline.
Since I needed the prints that day, I went back in myself. The same employee reprinted the exact same email, and it came out perfectly - clearly proving the issue was with their printer, not my file. Still, no apology or ownership from anyone.
While they didn’t charge me again for the wrong copies but the lack of accountability and poor customer service made the whole experience unnecessarily frustrating and disappointing. The dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism made the entire process frustrating. Hopefully they learn not to blame a customer before checking their own equipment - and to focus on resolving issues rather than pointing fingers and threatening to charge for something that wasn’t the customer’s fault.

Unacceptable Customer Service – Will Not Return
Had a very frustrating experience at this UPS location. The associate, Kristine, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was on her personal cellphone, loudly discussing private matters while I was trying to get help.
When I asked her to pack my item, she just set it aside and said she’d “get to it later”—with zero urgency or explanation. I even offered to pack it myself to speed things up, and instead of helping, she told me I could “take it somewhere else if I didn’t like how she does it.”
This is not how customers should be treated. No basic courtesy, no willingness to help, and clearly no interest in doing her job. I won’t be returning, and I suggest others avoid this location too.

I came in for an estimate and Renji helped me. He was very kind and took the time to help me. When I decided to not ship same day, he welcomed me back. A few days later I went back in and he and I had a great conversation while he found me the best price to ship my items! I would highly recommend this location, very fast and professional!

The team was very helpful. When I arrived, there were five people in line in front of me, and I expected a long wait. However, the entire team served customers so quickly, politely, and attentively that I didn’t even have time to listen to a song on the radio before I was called. It was a professional and pleasant experience. Thank you.

I called and asked them how much you charge for printing . They said 25 cents per paper. After printing, they charged me $ 2.50 saying for Amazon labels we charge different rates. Owner is too greedy. I used to return ton of Amazon items here but now they will loose all business from me.

I would like to file a complaint about Renji . He had a very bad attitude. I was there with an Amazon return, and as Amazon's policy states, 'No box, no label needed.' I handed the item to him, but he forced me to scan, pack, and drop it off myself, even though I pay for Amazon Prime, which includes this service. I tried to explain and show him what the Amazon barcode said, but he kept avoiding it and yelled at me, insisting that I had to do it myself."

This was my first time at this location and the manager was phenomenal!! I had a TON of Amazon returns and I was having trouble getting the QR codes on Amazon’s website and she was so patient and helped me every step of the way. She even stayed late because they close at 3:30 on 7/27/24 as that is their store hours on Saturdays, and I never felt rushed. She’s an extremely sweet woman! I would recommend this location to everyone I know! Thank you again for being so patient and kind. Definitely the best UPS Store I’ve ever been to! :)
