I absolutely hate coming to this location but it is only 2 minutes from my house. Every time I come here the employees are rude and seem like they hate their jobs. From now on I will only be going to the Ballantyne location where I don’t feel like a burden to the employees. The only pleasant worker who I enjoy seeing is Twin. She is always smiling and greets you when you walk up to the counter. Everyone else gives you a blank stare and does not say anything when you say hello or thank you. I am only writing this because it has happened on 10+ occasions not a one time experience.

Employees are very rude. Girl with dark hair was so rude and unpleasant to me, wish I would have gotten her name. Visited 1/05 2pm only female employee in store. I chose to drive 5 more miles for a different store. And as I thought, the information she told me and what she was trying to charge me was false. She was going to overcharge me, the other store gave me the price she argued I was wrong about. Don't recommend this location and I will not be visiting them anymore.

I’ve been going to this UPS for about three years and every time I go in Renji and his team are fabulous. They’re extremely professional, efficient, and friendly - even when there’s long lines you don’t wait long because they are doing their due diligence to ensure that all their customers are well taken care of. I enjoy coming here, and I always feel like family. Highly recommend!!

This review is not for this particular store. However...UPS attempted delivery of my package on 11/14/23 at 1:16 PM. (I have video proof that they attempted delivery. Also, driver left no note on my door stating that he had attempted delivery.) Tracking indicates, on 11/14/23 at 6:50 PM, that the street number is incorrect. THAT IS NOT ACCURATE. Again, I have video proof that the driver attempted delivery. IT IS NOW 11/17/23 and no one - UPS phone customer service or local UPS "Access Point" - knows where my package is at and driver has not attempted re-delivery. I would just like to know where my package is at. Is it still on the truck? Is it in the UPS hub? Is it at a UPS Access Point. Someone, please help!!!!

Completely useless store with rude employees…As I stood in line and watched them greet every new customer into the store, I was amazed at how determined they were to do zero work. They took turns shouting at customers that if they had an Amazon drop off, please don’t come to the desk. They want everyone to use the self-serve kiosk.When I finally got to the counter, I explained to them that my company has an account to be billed for my computer to be shipped back. They said they would not print out a label or help - everything needed to be done at home and just drop the box off to them.I have encountered rude and lazy people before, but these people are right at the top of the list.

This is right outside of Sun City and I am not going to use them any more, unless I absolutely have to. It is ridiculously over-priced. A $.60 cent postage envelop comes in at almost $4. And I supplied the envelop.They have a money pit and are raking it in. We consumers have to live with our love of convenience, so suck it up.The other such facilites are much more reasonable. I go in to Waxhaw.The owner, a guy, is too focused on making money to listen to customers. I needed a manuscript copied, they were busy, I left it with the owner who promised it by 3pm. When I came in to pick it up, the box was exactly where I left it and he had no memory of it, even having to read the order slip and then ask me, "Is this yours?" Spread the word. Apparently they are having high employee turnover, because the ladies that were good are gone and now it is catch as catch can.There are alternatives.

Been going to this store for years. Always top notch service. Today I went and Ana was amazing. I had a somewhat complicated request, she was patient, kind, and was able to work through everything I needed.

There POS system was down for 20 mins and I was trying to pay $6 for packaging to return something. I don’t think they apologized and after waiting I asked if they could waive it or if I could come back another time and the guy just said to comeback another day. It disappointing that you couldn’t just waive $6 after making me wait that long.

I needed something printed so I emailed it. When I was paying it came out to $1.90. I asked him why and he said because the copy is .25 cents and $1.65 digital fee for opening up a file…. I will never go there again. That’s price gouging and just being greedy. He should be ashamed of himself.
