The pharmacy is amazing. They go above and beyond to give the best care and customer service. They treat you like an actual patient and not just a number.I've been dealing with some medical issues and the doctors keep switching up my meds. One week I couldn't get there to pick up the newest batch of meds. They held it an extra day so I could pick it up. They rock!

This pharmacy continues to be a constant disappointment. I've had 3 different rotors, on 3 different occasions send prescriptions here. Each time they'll say "we don't have it". Then I'll get an automated notification at 1am "your prescription is ready". Don't ever use this Pharmacy. Can't wait for Harris Teeter to open.

Never, ever again. I keep having terrible experience after terrible experience.Today, after waiting in the checkout line, the cashier looked at me and turned her sign to closed. I said I've been waiting and she told me that she "had to take her break". To add insult to injury, she waited on the woman in line behind me. Lazy. LAZY. 12/16/2021, aisle 1 (furthest to the right) around 4:30 - 4:45 p.m. Management was nowhere to be found.ETA: The pharmacy people are absolutely wonderful and very helpful! The rest of the store...NOT.

Had a grocery pickup for 7-8 pm today. They emailed at 7 that it was delayed, but they would email me as soon as ready. Great—no problem. However, they then proceeded to close the store without so much as a phone call, text or email to let me know. After trying to call the store 3 times around 8:00 before they closed and no answer I finally called customer care and was notified pickup was shut down for the night. Here’s the best part—their solution was for me to call the next day and try to reschedule a pickup time. Yeah. Right. Since they pick up the phone. I understand stuff is busy right now, but I should have at least been notified.

I was in Walmart tonight getting groceries to feed my family. I was on a strict budget of $37 my total came up to $40 and some change. I also still had groceries in my basket. After putting a few things back I was still short $0.77. I didn't have any more money. The cashier reached in her pocket and gave me .77 cents so I didn't have to put anything else back. I was embarrassed that I didn't have money. I truly grateful for you Chanda. Thank you for being a compassionate human. You love and light shined tonight and I'm grateful. It may have been a small gesture to you but it meant so much to me it brought me to tears. I appreciate you so much and it's people like you that makes this world a better place.

So I went to the Walmart neighborhood market and tried to buy 6 gifts cards, about $300, for staff incentives, and the cashier acted like she didn’t know how to ring them up, so the customer service lady came over and said I needed to tell her why I needed them because it looks like I’m tryin to do somethin fraudulent. I didn’t buy them.

I use to go to the Walmart quite frequently. The woman who I am guessing is a manager or shift leader, she has a shaved head, is extremely rude and is the reason why me and my family have quit going to this location. Shes always been in a terrible mood and have treated myself and other customers like we are a terrible nuisance to her and has even exhibited an attitude towards her coworkers in front of customers, literally every single time I've seen her.
