Very rude.. Young lady called me 5 days before my payment was due. And had the nerve to yell at me. These kids in some of these positions they are not ready for... My kids don't yell at me!!!

Customer service is garbage. Bre or Bri, the light skinned girl with terrible acne, is the worst at her job. The fast that their building is almost empty screams it will be closed down soon.

If I could give them a rating of 0, I would. And all because of the "manager" Diane. She does NOT need to be in this line of work. She acts like it's HER money that is being lent out. Very rude and unprofessional. As soon as we get them paid off, we will NEVER deal with them again!
