“Communication through the repair process was great! Jesse helped us through the process of getting our vehicle repaired and back in a timely manner! When we noticed some things that occurred during the repair process he insisted we bring it back for them to take a look! He then insisted they fix it and repaint and do it right! Jesse was absolutely amazing! When they had some issues with the paint supply, Jesse informed us they would be keeping my car longer than expected. When the deadline kept getting extended he then did something that was a tremendous and grateful thought and repainted our front bumper! Then at pick up Jesse showed us that there was a little gift that our phone service had in the app! Jesse went above and beyond to help us and provided the best customer service! Excellent job Jesse!”

“I had a tree branch take out my windshield in a recent storm. State Farm sent me to Brookshire Collision for a replacement. I was told it would take about two hours to replace. When I showed back up the truck wasn't ready. The technician explained that the previous person who replaced the windshield last time scraped the sealant and removed the paint underneath. He discovered significant rust under my windshield. The truck was not ready because he removed the rust and applied a primer to prevent further damage. He could have easily just slapped it together and I never would have known. I am so thankful he did a quality job. Highly recommend!”

“I had a great experience. Kevin was very thorough and reassuring during drop off. 2 Year old vehicle-(Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland) always professionally hand washed and waxed- basically the same as from the dealership. Unfortunately even with all the technology including night-vision and auto brake- the systems worked it happened simply in the blink of an eye. 4-5 deer jumped in the road and only a couple kept going. In a matter of seconds I hit deer. They got me in immediately. Travelers made it flawless with their partnership with them. Kevin and the team keep you updated and are very friendly. They matched a pretty in depth color and calibrated all the “gadgets” of you will…Highly recommend.”
