“WOW, I have to start off with a wow! I bought my Human Touch back chair from Ashley in Greenville and I have to say, don’t go anywhere else and don’t waste your time trying to save a little money. I have a couple of small issues with my chair, the first time Ashley got involved personally, made a few calls and it was taken care of. Now just yesterday I called in and ask if there was someone that could maybe help with a technical issue. The young lady ask me to explain the issue I was having, then looked up my purchase information and explained that she would open a service ticket for me and that it might a few days but someone would reach out to me. Well, I received an email today which was a copy of an invoice (NO CHARGE) showing the parts have already been shipped, WOW. You can’t get this kind of service that Ashley and her staff offer these days.They are awesome, thank you ladies”

He was very pleasant and patient with us when we wanted to see the different options they have available in store. He explained the difference between the models and the features of each one. He helped us pick the best fit for what we are looking for and gave us discounts on the mattress, pillows, and cover.”

“We went to Greenville Mattress specifically for a bunk bed for our kids. The owners were extremely friendly. Prices unbelievably reasonable, they have a huge selection of mattresses even though this was not our reason for going. We purchased our bunk bed and are very happy with it!”
