So yesterday my husband and I went to do upgraded phones. The girl I won't name was quite pleasant BUT..... she didn't have the proper screen protector on hand so sold me 1 that said would fit. Ok no problem. We get home with our new product & low & behold WE COULDN'T MAKE ANY CALLS. So back in the car & off we go again. We get there , she knew exactly what was wrong. She says " Oh yeah I forgot to activate the SIM card". So after she activated and we were headed back to the car I noticed bubbles from the screen protector on the sides. Went back in the store & she manually pushed them out. Today I noticed them again as I was headed to Spartanburg l, so decided I'll just stop here. Told the gentleman my problem to find out The original protector that was bought for the Samsung Ultra was actually for a Samsung 23 (curved screen). Long story short.... I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THE GAFFNEY STORE. I will drive the extra miles to Spartanburg. Oh & I threw the receipt away so I lost out on at least 50.00.

I had a horrible experience with a fast talking, independent “AT&T sales rep,” and I was stuck with two iPhones that were not what I had ordered. Not being able to reach the guy who sold me the phones, I called this store in a panic and spoke with the manager Courtney. Courtney was so kind and told me to come by the store and she would see what she could do to help me. Courtney took the time to explain everything I had been signed up for, but she went the extra mile and even told me about other discounts that I was eligible for. She was also able to make sure I got the phones I was supposed to get in the first place, and even got my new phone set up and restored from the iCloud. I returned to the AT&T store later that day because we were unable to get my husband’s new phone set up and restored. This time Sarah helped me and she was very friendly as well, and was able to quickly get everything transferred from his old phone to his new one. The entire time I was in this store (which ended up being a couple hours) the three employees, Courtney, Sarah, and Brittany, were kind and attentive to every person who came in and treated everyone with respect. I know that if I ever have trouble with or questions about my phones or plans, these ladies will be able to help. It’s very nice being able to get knowledgeable and helpful customer service in Gaffney instead of having to drive to another city.

Terrance helped me at the Gaffney store when I stopped by with a problem with my S23. He was very helpful and professional. He fixed my phone and I'll recommend him to everyone.

We had a great experience at this store and will continue to go back to it. The lady by the name Courtney was top notch. She knew her stuff, didn't try to up sell us and did exactly what we needed and wanted. She let the new guy Terrance do the work and guided him well. She had patience and was knowledgeable about the job. The phones were taking a while to update and upload but Terrance was super nice and patient as well. 5 star experience!

I was there for someone else to pay their bill and I didn't like the atmosphere or the service not very friendly didn't feel welcomed wouldn't do business with a place like that ever. It was as if I was more of a bother then a customer hopefully I won't have to go back...
