“This dealership is not far from my home. I don't know why I've never written a review before. They have got some seriously nice looking vehicles. Lots of trucks, cars, and SUV's! I'm always looking for an SUV that my wife might like as she's in the mood to buy one. Unfortunately, my better half isn't fond of Chevrolet anything. Or Ford or Dodge. “10 stars should be an option for this business. I am writing this review from a hotel room in 3 hours from my home. I was traveling back from North Carolina after helping my wife after the passing of her father recently. On the way home to Georgia my car hydroplaned on the highway during a what appeared to be routine rain. Unfortunately, my car left the highway and went head on into the metal guardrail. I was 3 hours from home and knew no one in the area. The State trooper called Shannon's to tow my car. That is where the true hospitality and way above customer service began. I explained to the driver that my car was packed for the trip back to Georgia and I had no rental due to the time of day and no hotel yet. He explained to his father the owner and without hesitation the owner tried to get me to the nearest car rental office but unfortunately that did not work out. He did not stop there. I was taken back to the lot where they helped me load all my belongings from the suv to his car and they then found me a local hotel and called ahead to confirm availability. And it did not stop there. They drove me and all my bags to the hotel and waited until I had the room secured. Before leaving they told me that if I needed anything to call them and they would be happy to help including taking me to the rental car office the next day. who does that in 2025. Shannon's that who. While I do not live here I would tell anyone who does call Shannon's every time. Thank you for helping a stranger today when I needed it most!”

“This is the most trustworthy shop in Gaffney. I bought a Tahoe from the dealer, only to have the transmission act up on the drive home, which was a total nightmare. When I took it to Carolina Transmission, the owner, David, was super nice and completely transparent. He didn't BS me at all—he actually took the time to show me exactly what went wrong with the transmission. David went completely above and beyond by helping me out with a few other things on the Tahoe as well, and he is truly a guy who is willing to work with you to make things right. I also dropped the Tahoe off Wednesday evening and got it back that Friday morning. They turned a horrible situation into a great experience.
