Lowe’s is using a third party delivery system. They drive Lowe’s trucks and appear to be from the store HOWEVER they are from a company called UST. They are a NIGHTMARE and I guess I’ll have to find somewhere else to purchase my appliances, etc., rather than EVER deal with them again. Imagine purchasing an appliance, having them reschedule the delivery date, for no reason and you’re seriously needing this appliance (refrigerator…food is now spoiled) and believing that you have everything covered regarding your delivery, such as where to put the old refrigerator (less than 10 feet from its current place). Then, the delivery people tell you no. They tell you that they have no obligation. You say that they can’t bring in the new refrigerator without removing the refrigerator doors. They tell you no. They try to tell you that you’re wasting their time. They get ANGRY at you. They speak amongst themselves in a different language (no problem EXCEPT the language is one you understand and they are saying insulting things about you). You call Lowe’s, where you purchased the appliance only to be told that there’s nothing that they can do and that they have received MANY complaints about this delivery service. I don’t have to imagine. I finally spoke with the supervisor at UST and was told that they have had other complaints about this. So, I’m going to give the store the benefit of the doubt and assume that the decision wasn’t in their hands.Does corporate understand that this will cause the loss of their customers? For 14 years every appliance that has been purchased for this house has come from their store. For 14 years all of the lumber and flooring and paint and all of the little things like A/C units and even lamps, where purchased from this store. I guess hiring a company, that is supposed to represent Lowe’s yet treats the customer horribly is the best way to go. It’s definitely a way to get me to go, somewhere else. If you’re needing a product that requires delivery, go somewhere else! Oh, another thing, the delivery people caused damage to the refrigerator. I was told that if I accepted it with the damage they would refund a certain amount. This has not happened. Way to go, Lowe’s.ETA: I’m not giving Lowe’s the benefit of the doubt actually because 1. They KNEW that there were problems with UST and did nothing. 2. Because Lowe’s subcontracted out to this company that makes them the decision makers, in other words, Lowe’s is the boss. Also, you allow this company, UST, to represent you and I’m hopeful that you would not allow your in-store employees to treat your customers this way. NEGATIVE 5 out of 5 stars

Have been a Customer of Lowe's for years...no problem until today.Garden Center was locked...and hardly could find someone to help me at customer service center (in fact they were trying to help another customer who was upset! Just got fed up with trying to find someone to help. And I just walked out. Noticed a Help Wanted Sign. Store needs to hire more people to help customers or they will not have any customers. Get your act together!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can go to this lowes but can never find no help. Even before all the pandemic hit. But if Jason in garden area is working, he will always help or even take you to what your looking for. He's a great & friendly person.

First off you folks complaining about self-checkout need to realize it's not up to the cashiers or anyone else other than corporate that there is only one cashier every blue moon. And second of all STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT MILITARY DISCOUNTS. Coming from an ex employee we are tired of being yelled at over a couple dollars. The world is changing so get use to it or shut up.

My husband & I came in on March 12 around 5-6pm. Purchased a Samsung washer & dryer set which costed $2,125 with tax, warranty, the u haul, and delivery. Our sale associate’s service was absolutely great. He made sure to listen to us, explain the warranty, etc.On the day of the delivery the guy that came asked if it is ok for him to use his trolley.Which I said yes. (I didn’t realize until after he left that his trolley scratch my hardwood. That was on my part.)I think the only thing that I am kind of dissatisfied is that the delivery guy didn’t really set up my washer for me. I felt that he was rushing since his partner never came inside to help him. I had to have my husband to fix my washer so that it won’t be wobbly.

I went to Lowe’s store 1986 to pick up several items I was looking for I was greeted by Noah Fuller in the tool department. I requested if he would check on hand stock of an item and he assisted with the retrieval of items and I explained that I was wanting to purchase all of the items he had in stock and take part of the items with me and pick up the remainder of the items at a later date so he assisted with taking items down from a top riser and taking to service desk and helped with loading the items I took with me that night. I have never had assistance from an associate really appreciated this shopping experience with Noah Fuller this young man needs a raise! Thanks you Lowe’s youNeed more associates like this young man!

I love my Bi-lo's, here in Gaffney. They have the freshest meats of all the grocery stores here.
